Hardee’s

I deliver food to a number of different restaurants. I get to see the back of house of a lot of places. That being said, out of the 10 years I have been delivering, this is the cleanest Hardee’s I have ever seen. The staff cleaned the food prep area after each and every order. The girl with the super clean shoes, is always cleaning and washing her hands. I am super picky about where I eat due to cleanliness standards…. I will eat here any time. This restaurant is a solid place to get a good burger.

Was in there about 10 minutes. In that short time, I saw every single employee wash their hands. Other restaurants need to take notice of a store that does it right. That is a direct reflection on management! Corporate needs to take notice and recognize the team!

Nichelle served us and she was so personable and patient. I haven’t been to a Hardee’s for about 20 years. I don’t have the fondest memories of it from my childhood, but this store was A+ clean, fast and friendly. The French toast were super greasy, but Nichelle is a gem! Her positive attitude made our visit 5 stars ⭐. Thanks ☺

It's usually a hit or a miss but tonight I wanted to brag, whoever was working tonight (december 16th ) was very friendly and fast and our food was great! Thanks Hardee's and to the guy who served us! You're awesome!

Melissa and the crew was amazing! Order was fresh, hot and tasty. The crew worked perfectly in sync with each other. Store and restrooms was so clean! Thanks for an amazing lunch Melissa and team!

My favorite hardees location in 3 counties. I get a biscuit every morning for breakfast. The manager is extremely fast and friendly. I'm in and out in under 5 minutes. Only complaint is the weekend crew is not all that great. Service is ok but the food is just not the same . Still good just not consistent I guess.

The Staff and manager were very friendly. I was amazed at how helpful and friendly the manager was to all the guests and a new applicant that came in while I was eating in the dinning room. I was a manager in restaurants for 20+ years and the manager at this location is top notch! Thank you!

Of the big name burgers - McDs, B King, etc. I like Hardee's burgers the best. I think they take their quality control a little more seriously.
I gave them a 5 star rating but in reality there is no 5 star hamburger - at least not in Tullahoma. But if everyone else is rated 4+ stars, Hardee's is 5.

I am a Maryland resident and I have been eating at Hardee's restaurants for many years..the Hardees on N. Jackson street in Tullahoma TN was by far the best experience I ever had! The young lady that prepared my #5 Double Mushroom Swiss did it with perfection! You can tell she loves her job! It was the best mushroom swiss burger I ever had! It was prepared very nice and neat hot and fresh! Her name is Maria! Thank you Maria for making my day! The rest of the staff was amazing as well..thank you guys again! 5 stars!! 💚

I dont know what changed in this store really but so much happier to walk in it now almost everytime you walk in people smiling and look at ease to be at work and want to be there keep up the good work tawna and crew

Made the adventure through the drive-thru and was quite pleased with the experience. The grilled chicken sandwich was fresh and the fries were hot. To top it off, the young man at the window was friendly and shared some good advice: "Don't spend those two pennies all in one place". I had good fast food and a friendly laugh that didn't cost extra. I'll remember that next time I'm looking at all the options... friendly is worth a little extra drive to me.

This location is always clean and comfortable to eat at. Jess and Heather keeps the place clean and is very friendly. They are so professional and is a great asset to this location. They have a smile on their face and seem to truly be happy to be working their. I have been to other Hardees and Carl Jr. around the United States and these to Ladies are by the far my favorite employees your company has.. Both deserve recognition and a raise

Nichelle was very nice and very helpful. The staff was friendly and took care of my order. Talked about the app and how beneficial it is. Definitely recommend.

This is the place I go to for a good steak biscuit. The manager (Tonya) is great and always has a smile.

Great burger

The last 48 hours had been so bad for me and when I came in this morning, and felt complete despair the ladies in this location were so kind and absolutely amazing and had made me feel so welcome and that meant the world to me. Not to mention the breakfast was amazing. Thank you all for being fantastic at customer service but at being human beings

One of the best run Hardee's in Middle Tennessee! Always delightful front line personnel whose bright and sunny disposition make your day. Great service, good food hot and fresh- tasting. Other Hardee's could learn from this one.
