I was nervous to get my hearing aids and was unsure about the whole ordeal! However the team at Cedar Rapids Hearing Center made me feel welcome and were very informative! The staff here is wonderful and will do anything they can to help you!!! I am so glad I went through them for my hearing aids and hearing aid needs!!!!

Was able to schedule an appointment hassle free. Was greeted warmly upon my arrival and received care quickly and effectively. The people were friendly and helpful!

Had excellent experience, learned a lot, and found that I did not need new hearing aids, just a different tip. Such an honest response is wonderful; you can trust them to care for your hearing rather than just sell hearing aids. I would recommend them to anyone, without a question. They teach as well as diagnose as well!

The front desk and doctors at Cedar Rapids Hearing Center are fantastic. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. They follow through with commitments they make, give you good advice, and know how to work with people who are older as well. I needed a very small thing, and they were incredibly helpful even though I had not been a customer before. Next time I need anything hearing related, I will go here.

Dr. Henrici and the staff at Cedar Rapids Hearing Center are very personable. I've had my hearing aids for five years. I get a supply of batteries each time I have my hearing aids checked, cleaned, or need a hearing test.

Cedar Rapids Hearing Center has been a godsend to me. Dr. Melissa Heinricy has found hearing aids that work for me. I have hearing in only one ear, which is a challenge for me. Melissa always listens patiently to my worries and gets things adjusted so I hear the best I can. Over the years, she and I have become friends. That is important to me. Her smile is the best. I first went to CR Hearing a few years ago to have my hearing tested. Nancy welcomed me, provided me with helpful advice, and invited me back for more testing. As my hearing declined, Nancy recommended and fit me with the hearing aids that best fit my needs. They work great and are easy to use. I enjoy my regular sessions with Nancy for evaluation, adjustment, and cleaning. She is always is friendly, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend her and Cedar Rapids Hearing Center.

For 3 years, I was tested at no charge. Then we, CRHC and I, jointly decided it was time for me to benefit by getting hearing aids. In the 5-6 years since getting them, I have had quarterly visits with hearing tests routinely by Nancy and Melissa. These visits and the hearing aid batteries themselves are at no charge. Service is outstanding with no pressure.

Hearing aids need service, sometimes lots of it. I have gotten great value buying them at Cedar Rapids Hearing Center, and have done so twice. Their service is extraordinary, done by pleasant, likeable people in a friendly and unhurried way. They are unbeatable.

When I first noticed hearing loss, I went to Cedar Rapids Hearing Center for a baseline test. The loss was not significant enough that I needed hearing aids. A few years later when my hearing loss increased, I went to several local hearing centers to meet investigate the products they sold and meet the people who would fit them.

Cedar Rapids Hearing Center has actual doctors that have the appropriate medical knowledge and training while many of the hearing centers do not have doctors fitting you with hearing aids, they have Hearing Instrument Specialists (HIS). HIS cannot diagnose and treat as many conditions as a doctor.

An analogy for comparison is whether you would rather have a meal prepared by a chef or a cook.

Another difference is that the Doctors at Cedar Rapids Hearing Center own Cedar Rapids Hearing Center while other hearing centers are franchises or have multiple locations that are staffed by others.

The main reason I go to the Cedar Rapids Hearing Center is the people who work there. They are smiling all the time and you get to know they care about you and your hearing. The way I felt at other hearing centers doesn't even come close to how I feel at the Cedar Rapids Hearing Center.

I first had a set of hearing aids from a man named Abbe I think it was--it has been a long time. I was soon referred to Cedar Rapids Hearing Center and have been there for the last twenty of more years. The service and the personnel have been fantastic. I would highly recommend it to anybody having hearing loss in the ares.

Been going here for quite a few years now and absolutely love Nancy. She is so helpful and never disappoints. Fits me with a set of hearing aids that she believes best for me and she is right on. Great service and they are always there to help if you have a problem. Highly recommend!!!

I have always had hearing loss in both ears. I saw Melissa 10 years ago and purchased hearing aids from her. She sees me every 3 months and cleans my aids. She is friendly, knowledgeable as is her staff. It is a joy to see her !
