Great experience for first time to an Audiologist. Since it was my first time I was a little apprehensive about my appointment. Dr Kain and her staff were amazing! They explained everything and answered all my questions. I felt at ease and relaxed. Since I have sensitive ears, they fitted my AirPods-Pro fitted with customized inserts! I can now used them for hours. I highly recommend Heartland Hearing Center.

Paige listened to me and my issues with my previous hearing aides from another Dr office. I appreciated the fact she educated me and gave me options. This was a very easy process working with Heartland Hearing to get fit for my 1st hearing aids. I did not feel pressured to buy but was educated about hearing aids. I had known for some time that I wasn't hearing everything around me.....especially conversation and voices. I waited to do something about it because I believed that wearing hearing aides would be a huge change in my life. And indeed it has been, in the most positive way. Yes, there was an adjustment period of a few weeks, as I learned to adapt to hearing sounds that everyone normally hears. But the most positive thing was being part of conversations again. Heartland made this whole process uncomplicated and were able to help me with the whole adjustment process. They are very compassionate, knowledgable, professionals. They're easy to work with and can answer all of your questions. I'd certainly recommend Heartland Hearing Center.

Dr Paige has been great to work with. She was very helpful in answering all my questions and took her time making sure I had no further questions before leaving her office with my hearing devices. She made a phone call the next day to see how I was doing with them. I would highly recommend Heartland Hearing Center.

Paige was very informative. She listened to my concerns, but didn't just tell me what I wanted to "hear", letting me experience other possibilites that were better for me. The staff are all very helpful and, I very quickly had my new hearing aids within a very short time frame. I definitely recommend them.

Diana has been helping me with my hearing aids since I was 37. I was nervous to make the appointment at first. What would people say about me wearing hearing aids at a young age? Diana took the time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable. She tested my hearing and then we discussed what my options were. They let me try out a couple devices before I bought my first pair. That was great! I was able to wear the hearing aids in my daily life to see how they worked and felt before buying them.

The service you receive after you purchase your hearing aids is just as good as your first visit. I was leaving for a business trip and wanted to get a hearing aids check up before I left. Without an appointment, Diana and Jennifer made time in their schedule to get me in at the last minute. Fantastic service all around.

I had an exceptional experience at Heartland Hearing today! I am a long time hearing aid wearer and it was time to upgrade to the most modern technology. Diana could not have been more helpful. My mom has struggled with her hearing for a number of years, but wasn’t sure she really needed hearing aids. Coming to Heartland Hearing and talking with Diana has been wonderful. She took the time to explain how hearing impacts other parts of our lives and how improving hearing loss can improve your overall health and quality of life. My mom was able to try out a pair of hearing aids the very next day. Diana listened to my mom’s concerns and her challenges. I had my hearing tested about 5 years ago by another hearing center in Cedar Rapids and just did not feel comfortable to move forward with them. I went to Heartland Hearing Center last spring and found Jennifer and Diana a great team to work with. They set me up with hearing aids and it has been fantastic. They are great to work with. Excellent Customer Service.

I had a checkup with my ENT and he suggested I look into hearing aids. I did some research and reached out to Heartland. I had consultation with Sr. Paige and my Mom and I decided to get aids. I’ve had them for a week and it’s a game changer. Dr. Paige was very knowledgeable, answered my questions, and made sure I knew what I was doing before I left the building. I highly suggest you check out Heartland. I’m sure you will get the best service just like I did.

I went to Heartland for custom earplugs.. The Doctor., and office staff, was very friendly and spent a lot of time explaining the various options available, which allowed me to select the best earplug for my needs (motorcycle riding). Additionally, they provided me with a free hearing test. The process took about four weeks to get the earplugs. I am very pleased and I highly recommend Heartland!

I am 43 and have had significant hearing loss in one of my ears. Paige was great! She was honest and straightforward on what they could and could not do for my hearing which I really appreciate. Got a hearing aid for my bad ear and It has made a difference I hear things clearer and can tell better what direction sound is coming from. Very friendly and helpful Staff Highly recommended.
