Gateway Exxon and Pilot Travel Center

I haven't been to as many truck stops as my husband (trucker) but we both agree, this is by far the best stop to come too. Wonderful staff and is clean. Bathrooms are top tier. And Starbucks is an added bonus.

The staff was so wonderful. They were quick to accommodate when I wanted a slightly different meal option than they offered. The store was beautifully lit and very clean. There were a few small snags but only because this is a brand new store and the staff handled each hiccup perfectly, with grace and true capabilities. I hope I get the chance to stop here often!

Its an exceptional travel plaza that truly stands out. The cleanliness of the place is immediately noticeable and very much appreciated. They offer a wide variety of novelty items and souvenirs, ensuring that there's something for everyone. The restrooms are spotless, and the deli food is nothing short of amazing. Additionally, the presence of a Starbucks adds to the convenience and comfort for travelers. Without a doubt, Gateway is the best travel plaza I've ever visited.

Great travel stop! There is a HUGE selection of food and drinks. They do have hot food that looked really great as well as chocolates. I was helped by a super nice woman that might have been an owner. Customer service was great!

Awesome place clean restrooms, good food, also,…Starbucks next door and their white chocolate mocha is unchained, also have a Wendy’s, plenty of room for everyone, truckers included….enjoy.

This has got to be the most boogie gas station I've been to since being a truck driver. It's very clean, lots of showers and the attendants greet you with a smile. The food behind the counter appears to be very fresh, like it doesn't give you that old "I've been sitting here rotting since the 13th century" appearance. They also have, for those who love chocolates, Bonbons!! oh my goodness, tons of flavors, fresh looking. They also have chocolate covered pretzels! most stuff that you see at ordinary gas stations this place has even more. The aisles look organized and nothing seems to be out of place. They have a Wendy's attached to it that seems to be clean but I didn't go in there. But just from looking from a distance, it looks very clean. There is a Starbucks attached to it as well. Clean, no trash laying around, people speak when you walk in the door and orders are up quick. So if you want a fuel station where you can get in and out or even if you want a fuel station where you can enjoy the experience, this one is it for every level of driver!

Friendly staff , super clean store and restroom 🚻 , big parking 🅿 space , variety of accessories , great variety of fresh and very well made food , candy store , very well lit parks and accessible access 👌 awesome 😎

This place was so great. Clean and their hot line for food has gf items and was delicious, also had an a la carte pricing so you can pick and choose for us allergy folks. Bonus points for that! Nicest people in the main area too.

The Wendy's took way longer to get the food, but it was hot and fresh. We will stop here again.

Nice place to stop with the family. Clean, bright and friendly. Not too many rest places where you step into a whiff of fresh smelling store. Great selection of souvenirs and travel trinkets. Restrooms are clean. Music choice upbeat. Thumbs up!

I recently made a quick stop here while traveling from TX to MS for a bathroom break. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the store was exceptionally clean, and even more so to discover a Starbucks was connected to it! It was my first time encountering a gas station with a Starbucks inside. The service at the Starbucks was outstanding, with very friendly staff, and my chocolate cream cold brew was expertly crafted - they even topped it off with chocolate flakes! I’ve marked this as a must-stop spot for future drives along this route!

Probably the cleanest truck stop kinda place ive ever been. Very nice, smelled great, nice ambience and awesome coffee. Has a ton of typical convient store options plus alot of little souvenir and novelty type stuff. The Starbucks is typical starbucks and the Wendys is always good and everything made really fresh, you should totally check them out. They even have good healthy options if thats your thing. Awesome grilled chicken wraps and really good big salads. Its a very nice place. Ill always stop here when passing by. Beats all the competition for sure. Stop by, you wont be disappointed i promise!!!

We’ve towed our camper through 27 states and this is our favorite truck stop! It’s clean and beautiful, and even has a full Starbucks and Wendy’s. It was easy to navigate the truck refueling and parking, as well.

Great stop! Really clean and new, plus they have a Starbucks!!! Yay! And Delaney and Holland are super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make me a piña colada Frappuccino. They have amazing staff!

This is an awesome store and I love all of the nice cool stuff that they have in there. It is a very nice and unique place and the people are very nice especially the cashier that was very helpful i think his name was Seth and the fish was really good I just went and buy it again man.

This is the nicest rest stop we've ever been to! Very clean, has everything you could want and the employees were great!

Huda and other staff were super friendly. The fudge is great. (The fresh meatloaf and mashed potatoes and other home-style food looked great but I haven’t had any yet.)

Surprised by the gas station; very clean, bright, spaced out shelving; coffee station had easy creamer options and the staff were pleasant and friendly. A+ will return!
