I called maine heating and cooling within 10 minutes Josh was emailing me back. I emailed him a couple of pictures of my furnace, he was at my house within 30 minutes. Now I have hot water for the first time in three weeks. Josh was very professional and very nice. I will be calling maine heating and cooling for all my furnace needs.

I had an amazing experience with Josh and Maine Heating & Cooling. I had an older oil boiler system that we replaced with a new boiler and propane fuel. Not only did they install a great and energy efficient new system but also removed my oil tank and help get the propane tanks and hook up. I was having intermittent hot/cold water and a leak from my 8 year old boiler. I contacted a different company first. After spending money and having a couple of parts replaced, I had been told the motherboard was probably bad and I would need a new boiler. Considering the cost of a new boiler, I wanted a second opinion. I contacted Maine Heating and Cooling LLC.

Josh was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonable.

Josh had the problems diagnosed immediately and repaired in about an hour. I'd definitely hire him again and recommend him to others.

Promptly answered via text, I sent some pics of our boiler leak issues, told me he had replacement part already, gave me a quote, came the next day, explained things to spouse along the way, and didn’t even accept tip offer in the end saying we’re already paying for his services. Strong integrity - highly recommend.

Josh did a cleaning and performed maintenance on our oil system, which was years overdue. He also repaired our indirect hot water tank so that our hot water temp is consistent. As a new customer, he was quick to respond and schedule an appt, showed up on time and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly. We will be using him again.

Josh has done great work for us over the years. He hooked up our new gas dryer a while back and installed a heat pump which has been wonderful.

My boiler had a flashing error code, so I called MH&C before they opened and left a message. They called me back before they even opened and was able to show up and fix my issue within 1 hour. Can't get any better than that!

We’ve only been working with Josh for a couple of years however we consistently are happy with the quality of service. We recently had a full replacement of an outdated oil heat system and hot water tank, the project was done quickly and completely. And the system he recommended we install is unbelievably efficient. We have a very old house with ongoing issues related to past work being done incorrectly , multiple zones and heating supply lines and whenever something unexpected occurs I have gotten a very quick response and support to problem solve. We chose this company for the rates initially and wanting to work with a small local business and will continue to only work with them.

I had a new Bosch propane boiler system installed. It's a 2 day job to rip out the old furnace and tank and install the new, so ordinarily I would have been without heat overnight. However, Josh and his team did pre-work and put in a long day to get the work done. So I have heat tonight when it's 25 degrees out.

Josh is great to work with! He first came to clean our ancient furnace (which in no way was an easy task) and was very helpful about lifespan and future heating options for our family. Later on when we decided to convert from oil to natural gas he was extremely informative, helpful and made the whole process stress free. The conversion was fast, organized, and he left my house clean too!!!! This is a great company and we highly recommend Josh to9 all of our family and friends!
