I called on a Saturday and left a voicemail. He called me back quickly and was happy to help me to get on the schedule if needed. He enlightened my understanding about what needs to be done for my situation, things that were not mentioned by the previous electrician who gave a quote. Very knowledgeable about the codes in my city, and he gave me guidance on how to proceed with my house plans. Highly recommend!

LOST POWER TO MY HOUSE IN GULF PARK ESTATES LAST NIGHT. I ONLY HAD POWER TO MY MASTER BATHROOM. I TRIED FLIPPING ALL THE BREAKERS TO TEST IF THEY WERE TRIPPED. IT DID NOT WORK SO I CALLED JOHNNY JR & HE WALKED ME THROUGH OTHER ALTERNATIVES TO GET THE POWER KICKED BACK IN. UNFORTUNATELY THOSE MEASURES DID NOT WORK EITHER. HE RECOMMENDED I CALL THE POWER COMPANY SO THEY COULD CHECK THEIR END & AMEN WE GOT THE POWER RESTORED!! Found Guice via referral. Friendly, patient and knowledgeable. New home owner & less than a week before moving grinder pump stopped. He came before move in. Allowed me to hover over him and answered questions. He educated me because I asked and did it patiently. He even took the time to teach me some things about my well pump. I later hired them for electrical & that other individual was the same experience. Awesome. I plan to continue to do business with then on all 3 things. I just called and he helped me trouble shoot over the phone. A year later he remembered who I was. No one else does that!!! THANK YOU!!

I call Rotor Rooter out to my house about 2 year ago and was told I needed a new grinder pump. After finding out it was almost $5,000 to replace a grinder pump. Guice electric came out and found someone in my house flushed a baby wipe and it stuck my pump causing something electrical to burn out. So I only had to pay $200 to be up and running again. Every thing one was very professional. I will definitely have repeat business with them even if it is just for electrical work. As a matter of fact I am having them came out and check my grinder pump today. It might just be another electrical issue because of a baby wipe. I don't the pumpers as much as these guys when it comes to my grinder pump. I would recommend these guys to every one with electrical or grinder pump needs. This would include to my own grandmother. They are the best

Every time I need help Guice is my go to..Great service, great people. Many times when I need help they will try and fix my problem by explaining what needs to be done. Nine out of ten times the problem gets fixed by me with no service charge. As a retired military member my funds are very tight. Thank you once again Guice Electric.

I hired Guice to wire my home in 2008 and haven't had a problem for fifteen years. When I called today, they remembered me and we were able to fix the problem over the phone, avoiding a service call. I plan on calling them in the future for an upgrade project I have in mind.

I came back into town on a Saturday to a faulty grinder pump. I spoke with junior and he told me several diagnostic techniques to boil the issue down to a component level. The issue was identified to be a faulty float arm. Instead of charging overtime rates, he told me how to clear the tank to get through the weekend. This helped tremendously and allowed me to have running water over the next few days without overflowing the septic basin. Monday they came and repaired my system. The integrity of this company is absolutely outstanding and they have earned a lifelong customers.

Great crew! I had an issue with my grinder pump and well. Turned out to be a broken pipe connector. They were able to find the part and repair it for a very reasonable price. Additionally, they took the time time teach me about the system and maintenance practices. I highly recommend you use Guice Electric!

I had a minor issue causing an outage, and they were able to fix it in record time. I was even more amazed that I was not over-charged. I might have had a "small" issue this time around, but their speed, honesty and professionalism in helping me with it means that I know who I will call first when I have a bigger problem.

my lights would flicker when the garbage disposal was turned on. Call Guice Electric. Explained the problem and made an appointment for the next day. Mr. Guice called back in a few minutes and suggested I call the power company to check out side line. I called Singing River and they came out ( no charge) and said the problem was on on their side. Thanks Mr. Guice for your help. Saved me a service call. Know who to call if I have any future issues.

Knowledgeable, dependable, very professional but still very approachable to discuss your project with. Will supply you with the solutions to future issues you didn't even think about. Oh and check what they found hidden inside the wall.

Guice Electric has done a number of repairs and installations for us over the years. Recently, we had several items to be installed and also had a few items that needed repair. They were incredibly busy after Hurricane Zeta but worked us in and got to us quickly. We have found their work to be very professional, fairly priced and that they do their best to always put the customer first.

I had Guice come out to the house to install a dimmer that I couldn't make work and to install an electrical box for a ceiling fan and install the fan. Tommy was the technician. We worked to try to find a time during the week but were having difficulties, so he came out on Saturday! Quickly got the work done and everything works perfectly. He even went the extra mile to check and make sure the light box for our dining room chandelier was strong enough to support a chandelier which I installed myself. Great service, great people! Highly recommended!

Outstanding customer service and quality!

I have used Guice Electric twice and they have exceeded my expectations.

The first time they attacked a complex wiring problem with my front porch lights they figured it out quickly and repaired without issue. Spent most of the time in a tiny space in the attic in the heat rewiring. Price was great too.

The second time I called for a breaker situation on my ac and they came out very quickly and fixed the issue.

My grinder pump shorted out at my residence. I called Junior with Guice Electric and he had a refurbished pump on hand. I met up with him a short time later and purchased it. Price was great compared to two other businesses I called!! While I was hooking the power to it, I had an issue ( I don’t know a whole lot about electric hook ups). I called Junior and told him and he was quick to help me out. Then, my switch float was shorted out and Junior had one on hand. All this took place on a Saturday and Junior with Guice Electric went above and beyond to help me out!!! I recommend Guice Electric and will use them for any other issues as needed.!!

Guice Electric came to my house to correct an issue I was having. Both men were highly professional, Junior provided me with an estimate of what the charges would be then started working. He took care of the issue sooner than expected - then came by the next day to ensure everything was working as it should. Impressive service and outstanding customer service!!!
