Knowledgeable staff. Answered all my questions about kitten nutrition. Thank you. My kitten now has nearly every toy in the cat aisle. More selections will be needed to keep him entertained, stimulated, and spoiled. Prices are fair.

You can bring in your pet. My Isabella Loves going in and picking out her own toys.

SW location employees are helpful, informative friendly i can go on and on.

Highly recommend Dru for grooming! She’s patient, very open and honest about recommendations for puppies and she cares!
Her patients with my mini schnauzer puppy is going to pay off for years to come.
Not sure that this review will be for the location, Dru is located at the SW Cedar Rapids, IA.

I have taken both my dogs twice and was very impressed with my experience both times. The girls
have all been super nice and give Belle a lot of attention. Cameron has been our groomer and she goes above and beyond with how she interacts with the dogs. Customer service has been great and the dogs have always came out perfect. Pretty sure I’m long term customer now!

I really was very happy they had the selection of Cat food I needed in stock. I've been trying other locations and they have been out of stock on this particular dry cat food my cat likes. I finally decided to try this location and they had the variety of the car food i needed in stock. I was very satisfied and will return to this location. I hope they can keep it in stock. I also like that the store was clean and has a good selection of wet food as well.

I have a critical illness right now and it's very tough for me to walk all over the store and then I walked in the store the sales clerk walked me right up to what I needed.

Love that they still have curbside pickup!!!!

Love it! So helping! Went to adopt a kitten aka Mr. Pickles 🐱 durning national adoption weekend and we're so grateful to have this little guy in our lives such a sweet heart.

We had both of our dogs nails trimmed. Our bigger younger dog was very nervous but the staff did very well, would definitely come back again.

Easy parking, clean store

My go-to place for all of my pet needs. I have a dog and a cat and I love coming here and getting different toys and treats for them. If I need to mix up their food for whatever reason I come here over other stores usually. I used to own rats and guinea pigs as a teenager and we would buy a lot of the stuff we needed for them here. I've never done any of the grooming options or the training stuff through petsmart before so I can't say much on those but the place is always clean and friendly.

The store is so clean compared to some other stores in town. The grooming team is Awesome! It is nice to be able to see the process for those who are uncertain about leaving their fur babies somewhere.

Pets I've seen here are generally taken care of well. Sometimes a dead fish here or there but that happens. I've never seen ick in any of thier aquariums. Employees are great! The only issue I've had is with my dog that has severe anxiety and is reactive(non aggressive tho) in the grooming area. My other dog did amazing with them. I prefer this store over all other local pet stores for our needs.

Professional and knowledgeable staff. The young man that helped me was about 16 years or so, he was courteous & carried a bag of cat food for me. He new where to find the items I was looking for on Saturday 4.10.2021. Cashier was a polite young woman who was proficient & professional.

Was trying to find/ purchase appetite enhancing treats for my boy Griffin in his last 24 hours on this planet before sending my 14 yr old baby to Heaven. Staff was very knowledgeable about what I needed, I couldn't remember the name correctly, and assisted in locating it for me. This cashier assisting me was extremely kind, concerned but did not overly press on the issue or what was going on with me, even despite me being in a constant sobbing state during this visit. She was professional and an angel for both my kitty Griffin and I. Thank you 🤗
