The entire staff was super accommodating and helpful. Cheyenne was knowledgeable and obviously cares about each animal brought into the clinic. Dr. Omar was patient with me and answered all my questions and concerns while dealing with my kitten.

Amazing Dr and staff. My fur baby was diagnosed with IVDD, and they were very helpful, caring and empathetic with us. They are amazing and I 100% recommend them. Thank you for being so kind to Chanel and helping us get through this journey.

This vet clinic is absolutely amazing! We had to put our dog down recently due to some issues he was having with an autoimmune issue as a puppy. They treated him for this as well and he was able to live a longer life but it already affected this joints and back so much. The staff showed so much compassion to me and my dad as we put him to sleep and gave us as much time as we needed. I truly appreciate how much the people here care about animals which I feel is ironically hard to find with a lot of vet clinics. Thank you guys for all the love and compassion you gave Duke! 💕

The front desk, assistants, technicians and doctors are all amazing and very knowledgeable. They make you feel very comfortable and supportive. I have seen the clinic packed with people and they do their very best to get everyone seen the best and fast they can. Would definitely recommend

Called Shingle Springs Friday afternoon about getting a tooth extraction for our cat.. They got us the next day and were able to do the entire procedure and did a great job. Staff was great, Dr Bader was great, just a good experience all the way around.

This place was a saving grace! We brought my fur baby in after hours after he was attacked by some other dogs. The staff and vets were so amazing! My dog is big, so getting him in and out of the truck with his injuries was hard. The vet came out to the truck to assess his injuries. She decided he needed to be sedated and get some stitches. They sedated him in the truck and allowed him to stay there until he was asleep. Same when we were done. They brought him back out to the truck before waking him up. Thank you, Dr. Maggie and staff, for saving our fur baby!

These people are amazing. My 7 week old kitten suddenly became severely lethargic, limp noodle. They were so kind and compassionate. The kitty is fine now. The cost was way less than some other places.

We call and bring our baby Koby here and Always a great experience. Staff greet you with a smile. They care. Always keep you up to date. Been with Dr. Bader for over 30 Years. He is the Best- Big or Small Animals- He and his staff have been caring for us thru thick and thin. We appreciate his Honesty and compassion. Thank you very much.

We thought our dog had foxtail in her eye. I love the staff and they were great with my dog. So glad they were open in the evening to take her in. A very warm and friendly environment.

My dog was getting up there in age and had an emergency. My local vet was closed as it was a weekend but they promptly took me in. They are compassionate and you can tell they love what they do. Thank you for being there in me and my dog’s time of need. Our pets are like family members and it sometimes hurts to have to make the best decision for their future. I appreciate everyone’s kindness. The doctor knows his stuff he’s a wonderful guy.

Had a very bad scare with our dog Romeo getting into a bug poison on a Sunday. With the local vets full we made the hour drive to them. Even with it being late, they were all very friendly and helpful. I was made to feel very welcomed. They each explained the processes as it happened and blood work was done so quick. My children were even treated like family. Thank you so much.

Love this place!! Dr Bader saved my moms dogs life several years ago!! The staff is amazing!! And Ivan also saved my kitten when I first started working for the clinic. I won’t go anywhere else 💕

This vet hospital is absolutely amazing! They really took the time to make me feel like my dog was very important to them and worked with me where I was at. They are very patient and kind. They saved my dog, and I will be forever grateful for them! If I could give them a billion stars I would, but five is all I can give!

My two dogs ate grapes last night, and I called about 11:00 PM. The clinic closes at 12, so I frantically drove a windy country road . Dr. Vader treated them immediately, and he and his aid were calm and reassuring to all 3 of us! He is now our new vet!

This Vet Clinic was wonderful. Our dog Pickles was really sick and we knew she was nearing the end of her life. When we arrived, everyone was so sympathetic, honest, and made the difficult decision we had to make, easier. They gave us tissues, lots of hugs, and reassurance. I couldn't recommend them more.

The staff & the vet are kind, caring and professional. They helped me find the best solution for my dogs needs. I didn’t feel rushed. They answered all my questions and took excellent care of my pup.

Brought our cat Smokey in as an emergency walk in on the weekend. Long story short.. Turns out Smokey had a brain tumor and she went blind, it went from bad to worse in a few days. We ended up having to have her put down. We've had her since she was 6mo old.. she's 14 now.
Dr. Maggie and her staff were so compassionate and understanding. Never made us feel stupid for all our questions. They let my daughter be with her when she took her last breath. My daughter asked for a tuft of her fur for her memorial. They had the fur, a few whiskers and a sympathy card for us.They made a heartbreaking situation easier for us. No matter how busy they are, they make the time and you never feel rushed.

We’ve had two amazing experiences with this vet. The first time, she provided over-the-phone emergency care after my dog ate a bunch of grapes. The issue resolved as she expected. The second time, our dog had to have an emergency visit on a Saturday evening. We were in and out with meds within 90mins. The fee was very reasonable given the emergency visit, meds, and follow up visit were all included. Dr. Maggie explained everything to me, was very upfront about costs, and very pleasant. The office staff was very kind and friendly, even printing off coloring pages to occupy my daughter while we waited. I highly recommend this vet office.
