So my niece took her laptop to the Folsom Best Buy to get the battery replaced she didn't even buy the battery through them and when she went to pick it up did I ask where we got the battery and we said we ordered it elsewhere and she asked him you know where do I pay and he said oh never mind. It only took 5 minutes. Don't know if it's because I'm wearing my retired military hat but that very nice to save 40-60$

Got my coffee machine from this branch and had it delivered… they were very helpful and even did a price match even after the discount applied… after I received it and tried it, I decided to go with a different one… took it back and they exchanged it to me with the model I wanted, no question asked… my overall experience was very smooth and everyone there very helpful… couldn’t be happier with the new coffee machine.

Purchased a new computer. Geek Squad did a great setup. Had a few connection issues. Tech was very helpful in teaching me how to address the problems.

Customer service was amazing. Plenty of people to help. And we brought a laptop that wouldn't turn on to have it checked out while we looked at a TV to buy. The fixed the laptop with no charge. Said it was a very easy fix. I'll definitely buy all my electronics from the Folsom Best Buy.

Employees are super nice and informative. I was in the store less then 2 min before someone offered their help and answers my questions with knowledgeable answers. I appreciate an employee who takes their job serious and doesn't just point or say I don't know.

The location is store was nice however the staff I dealt with that day were terribly rude! Usually I don’t have an issue at Best Buy’s but this one specifically had very rude staff!

Dale was awesome and helped us with a problem that nobody else seemed to be able to figure out. He is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out a ring camera that fits our needs.

One can read the reviews of the products online, come in to buy something, and still be unsure.
I find that the helpful interactions with the smart employees here that always help seal the deal.
If the product still turns out to be bad, it's nobody's fault but the manufacturers for not putting their products through proper quality testing. Anyway, I find the buys here are usually the best.

Recently went in to order some appliances. The guy helping us knew a ton about appliances and went out of his way to understand what we needed.

I went in knowing that I would be walking out with a new phone. I had James help me make my decision, and he was very easy-going and didn't pressure me into anything I did not want to buy that day.

The process of getting a new phone has definitely changed from when I remembered. You had to stay there for two hours in my past experience so that the associate could transfer your information over to your new phone.

Well, now they have you take a photo of a paper that has specific directions and do it yourself at home and send in your old phone to get the promotional offer or drive it to Placerville yourself.

I can see older people having an issue with this process and a lot of other issues.

5 stars to James the associate in the Folsom California location,

but 1 star for the new process of having the customer do the extra leg work just for the promotional discount and trade-in for a new phone upgrade.

Hannah went above and beyond to help us find the right customization, package and price points for our appliance needs. She was super patient, and genuinely wanted to help us save money (which she saved is $3k.) Working with her made getting stuff for our new home a pleasant experience.

Great service. We were offered help multiple times while we were browsing and the employees were very nice once we did decide on the product that we wanted. But they haven't signed the tags on their fire extinguishers in months.

Best Best Buy yet!. Been in this loation a few times and most have been nice, smooth transactions. With costomer service slowly becoming a thing of the past, it was refreshing to be helped by somenone who knew the product he was selling. The gentleman was polite, helpful and listened, Bought a new robot vacuum. He didn't try to upsell us but explained the difference between products. Great job Best Buy. This store wins for best of your stores in my 20mi radius.
