In & Out extremely fast!!! Had a Great Experience! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Dr. (Sarah) was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Definitely will return if needed in the future.

I am shocked reading all of these negative reviews. I have been coming to this urgent care for several years, and have always had a great experience. Office has always been clean, staff has always been polite and respectful. Yes most days there is a longer than I like wait time but why can't people just be patient I will be continue to use this facility .

Watertown Urgent Care is the only place to go ! They are quick and courteous and always help you out when you are sick i have been going there for 15+ years. The wait is usually fast just google them and follow their chart on the busy hours and the real time gauge and you wont go wrong❤

Possibly some of the negative reviews applied at some time in the past. We are seasonal residents and use the Urgent Care office several times each year. The staff has been very helpful, facilities are clean -- and the physicians assistants have been very accurate with diagnosis and treatment. We are very pleased with facility and would return whenever we have a need for urgent medical care.

Had to get my kindergartner a Covid test for his return to school and the nurse named Emily did his swab test and she was so gentle and took her time to make him comfortable. As many people as they get in there , they make it very quick for waiting times ! I will continue to go here for our families testing and anything else we may need. Reception is usually very nice as well. Thank you Emily and staff 💕

It was quick. I was there to get a COVID test. It took about 15 minutes from beginning to end. I over heard that it was about a 2 hour wait to be seen if you were there for something else

It is not the Ritz, it's not a glorious looking building inside or out but the staff care and work hard and will help you to the best of their ability. I was seen there for an illness that is still not identified even 3 months after first set of tests were run. These people helped me rule out so many illnesses and offered real help when I was terrified and sick as heck.

I have been a strong supporter of Watertown Urgent Care for the past 8 years. I feel so fortunate that we have such amazing medical professionals in our area. Every time I have gone to Watertown Urgent Care I have been treated by a very professional and friendly staff who are not afraid to spend those few extra minutes with you to answer all your questions. Their office is very clean and run very efficiently. My whole family would recommend Watertown Urgent Care to ANYONE that is need of urgent care services!!! Great job!!!!

I love this urgent care. I use this office as my primary doctor. Any time I have something wrong, they are willing to help. I always receive prompt service with a smile. The wait time is never anything I have had an issue with. The facility has all the up to date technology to help with any of my medical needs. I have gone here, for stitches, ivs for dehydration, common cold, etc. There has never been anything I have been turned away for and they doctors haven't misdiagnosed me. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone. I have gone to some of the others around the watertown area before this one opened, and I will never return to those. This the only place i go!!

Okay so I have only been here twice because I’ve only been here for a few months first for my daughter and today for me. Let me just say every single staff member I have encountered has been so professional and incredibly friendly and kind. They really have gone above and beyond my expectations and I just want to say a big THANK YOU! You guys really are an amazing team!!

I always go here. They are fairly quick to get people in and out so there’s not a long wait usually. The medical team has a great bedside manner.

We were across the street at the YMCA doing gymnastics with my 6 year old son, when he came up to me and told me his throat was hurting. He had just completed a 10 day course antibiotic treatment, so I was nervous; We ran over to this urgent care 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. They were very welcoming regardless of the fact that they would most likely be working past closing. Fast forward 12 hours... My son then refused to take the medicine prescribed (liquid), so I called back the next morning... Mark Knowles, PA called into the pharmacy, and got the liquid changed over to a capsule within 10 minutes for me, the kind receptionist called me back to let me know it was taken care of. Great customer service for a panicking mother! Thank you Mark Knowles, PA and team!

This is the only urgent care my family goes to. They are very friendly and the drs are always nice. They always check eveything and rule it all out. Yah people have bad days they are human so it don't bother me. Been going there for the past 3 years. Only had 1 time where front desk was in a obviously bad moon but once again they are entitled to bad days.

I recently visited Watertown Urgent Care and had a great experience. My nurse was friendly and kept my mind off the reason for my visit. I was taken care of and done within 20 minutes and my prescription was ready by the time I got to Kinneys. Thanks again.

Have always had such quality care there! From the guy in reception to the nurses n doctors. Even the xray/lab connected is always so thorough n kind. Over the last 8 years no matter where we live in Watertown we make the drive to go there!

I'm shocked to read all the bad reviews. My children and i have been here, sometimes in and out ... other times we've waited over one hour. What is everyone complaining about, everyone is sick! Geeeeez , give them a break! All the staff and doctors have been very caring and respectful.

I think this place is one of the fastest, most efficent urgent cares in this area. I love that they have xray and lab right on site that make it easier for patients and better to help them diagnosis you. They are very friendly and helpful. The PAs there are all wonderful as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you to the staff for all you do!
