OMNIA Roofing

Lyons Metal/Omnia 1-1/2" Standing Seam metal roof replacement. We live in the mountains of North Carolina and the roof installers were from TN. A one hour plus drive each way. Pricing was competitive. Primary reason we choose Omnia was they were aware of the difficulties of installing a roof on a Canadian Cedar log house. The attention to detail was extremely good. The lead foreman (Gary) would always consult on an almost every other day as to some of the unanticipated issues. Gary is a perfectionist. The bay window and the chimney were particularly difficult. Gary spent a week on the roof of the bay window getting it absolutely correct and perfect. I would highly recommend this company (and Garry's crew) verses those who "want to be" a metal roof installer. Omnia only does metal roofing.
Additionally, after many changes in the installation, OMNIA's original price was what we paid. No surprises.
Another note as to the pricing: OMNIA was not the most expensive or the least expensive. The other "want to be" roofers were going to use the existing flashing. OMNIA replaced all of the existing flashing.
Davis Mays the sales manger was at the site to check if EVERYTHING was what we expected. Great customer service.

We are thankful for David and his crew. They just put on a metal roof for us and they were incredibly fast and efficient, they arrived on time. We are really happy with the level of customer service that he provided to us, answering all of our questions and answered the phone anytime we called.
The clean up crew did a great job as well.

Omnia did an excellent job installing my metal roof and I couldn't be happier. It was installed in one day and they did an excellent job cleaning up after the job was completed and left my home looking Amazing. Definitely would recommend and 5 stars for sure.

We had an issue with our metal roof (brand that Omnia installs but NOT installed by them) being installed very poorly. David came out very quickly, got excellent pictures, and wrote a very thorough report which really helped us in assessing what needed to be done. He's clearly very detail oriented and takes pride in his work. We ended up going with shingles because our experience with metal was so bad (just a really bad installer) but I had to give a shout out to this company for all their help.

Guys worked hard to get this old house roofed and a new porch cover, David returned many calls on the business end, and Steve and his crew done a good job on the work end reasonable compared to average prices in this area. mostly they showed and returned calls, when you had questions being my first metal roof I had many. Only time will tell, but if I had a problem I trust they would fix. lifetime warranty

The guys were great! They were super professional and efficient. They came out and completed my house in just a couple days. 10/10 would recommend any day!

David came to look at the repair work in a timely manner. He sent the estimate to me when he said he would. It was a fair price for the work needing to be completed. I can't say enough good things about David Mays and Omnia Roofing. They installed a new metal roof on my home and we could not be happier with the finished product. No Issues! They done an excellent job! The staff were professional & very courteous! They cleaned up every day prior to leaving the job site. I am very pleased with the job that was performed. The roof looks amazing!

In 2020 we had a large metal awning installed over our deck by an awning company. It had leaked significantly in many places since being installed. The awning company tried many times but could never fix them. The leaks just moved around with every attempted fix.

My home inspector recommended to get a roofer with metal roof experience, including Lyon (now OMNIA). David of OMNIA recommended a thorough solution with elastomeric sealant covering. This eliminated all the leaks except for one. David quickly came out and found a suspected problem with the existing shingles near the metal awning. He patched that quickly under warranty and there have been no leaks since. This was a difficult job and OMNIA had a thorough solution and followed up rapidly to fix an issue not in the metal awning itself.

During the last wind storm my received some damage, Omni sent a crew with in a hour of call and made repairs. This was amazing can't thank them enough. they were professional and quick to help us.

I would leave a 10 star review if I could. How often do you find a contractor/roofing company to be reliable, trustworthy, and knowledgeable? Omnia Roofing was all of this and more! It was a very pleasant surprise to see their professionalism, honesty, and work ethic. I would recommend this company to anyone having roofing problems. Thank you!!
