I couldn’t be any happier with not only the purchase of my hot tub but by the people at Isaac’s Pools and Spa’s. Matt who was my salesperson was very helpful and listened to what I was looking for. He helped us to find the perfect spa. Tracy was a complete joy to deal with on the payment side. The crew that delivered the new and removed our old one, again very professional and friendly even with the cold and rainy weather they had to deal with. But I will say Rusty and Brandon who’s in the service department went above and beyond for us. They both laughed with us and taught us so much on the use of our hot tub, even personally calling the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Not taking anything from anyone else there because in all honesty everyone we dealt with went above and beyond, I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company as a whole with whom I truly felt like we were important more family than just a customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a hot tub or any other service they offer. Thank you to everyone at Isaac’s for being a great company and putting customers first.

Isaacs Pools & Spas helped us with a very difficult situation. After another local pool builder started our project in 2021, they left us with a trashed backyard, empty frog pond and a dirt mound next to our house. The construction crew from Isaacs stepped in and saved us from our nightmare. Marty, Nathan and the rest of the team worked quickly and efficiently with great communication ever step of the way. They identified several glaring errors from the previous pool builder and worked quickly to correct their mistakes. We felt confident and comfortable from the first moment we met them and they delivered everything we discussed. After almost two years from the start of our project, we have had a great summer in our new pool! We can’t say enough positive things about Isaacs and highly recommend this wonderful company! You will find their crew very knowledgeable, professional and courteous!

We have had an awesome experience with Isaacs Pools. We are new clients and our pool was dark green. Our journey to a blue pool began on May 23. Our salt water, fiberglass pool was a challenge. No matter what we did, it would need yield. We had expert help from Heather and Cliff and always with a smile. Finally, the pool was conquered. We tried several fixes beginning on June 3 and today we have a beautiful blue pool.

I can’t say enough good things about Issacs Pools! From the moment I walked in they made me feel important and I was a priority to them. Heather was so unbelievably helpful! She went ABOVE and beyond to take care of me and make sure all my needs were met. She is so knowledgeable and professional. I have struggled to get my pool clear and in the past at other pool services; even though my water levels were good, the water was always so cloudy. When I met Heather she knew exactly what I needed for my pool to get it clear, so for the first time my pool looks awesome! I am so thankful! I won’t be going anywhere else for my pool needs!

I could not be happier with the entire experience! Needed repair on my Hot Spring spa. Tracy and Donny were very helpful with the scheduling, and sent the guys out with all the correct parts to solve my issues. When Rusty and Brandon arrived, again I was pleasantly impressed. These guys were very professional and knowledgeable. I could tell right away these were the best people for the job! I wouldn’t consider using any one else to service my spa in the future! Well my daily rant for what it matters…pool update: got tired of the run around and terrible business practices I was getting from Southern Pools And Spas and their subcontractor telos enterprises and its owner(I guess) Michael with regards to our pool we bought from them that has leaked constantly since we got it(if it could leak it did) upon recommendation from a friend I called isaacs pools in Johnson city and they sent Nathan and his crew out this morning at 9. They cut concrete replumbed the whole system and replaced the skimmer(see pictures of old skimmer which was cracked and looked like it had been patched with goop and wrapped in plastic when it was installed) it took isaacs 4 hours including replacing the concrete they cut out. Pressure tested and totally replumbed. I know I don’t have many friends on here so please share this. I wish I knew of a class action lawsuit or something I could join in on against southern pools and spas. They do not stand behind their product at all and shift all responsibility to their subcontractor. They washed their hands of me months ago and I was sick to even look at my pool. Now it is filling up and I’m getting ready to turn it on and get it ready to use Monday. I appreciate isaacs pools for their strong work ethic and fast friendly service. southern pools and spas should be ashamed of itself as a business for what they have put me through. If you want it done right the first time for a fair price give isaacs a call they’ll treat you right!!

Rusty and Brandon arrived on time and went about repairing my hot tub in a very timely manner.They had my problem identified almost immediately and instead of needing a replacement jet body like I was told that I needed by another company in August (still can’t get parts according to them) which Rusty and Brandon carried on their truck . It was a simple matter of removing the jet ,sealing with silicone and tightening the back nut (which the other company did not even notice was loose) my leak in my hot tub was fixed . It’s great to find someone who still prides themselves in their work to repair the problem instead of just saying we need a replacement part without even actually checking the problem

Nathan and his team had our spa set up in no time. The location of install was somewhat difficult to access, but Nathan and his team had no trouble installing quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend! A+++

Isaacs pools has great service and knowledge of each product. Marty and Jonathan install crew came out and installed a new pool liner and hot tub. The install was very professional. They stayed in touch each day with updates. Very impressed. Thanks for a great experience..

Cliff was awesome today got me all straightened out on what my spa needs are. Great education also very friendly and happy man and service. This company would do well to keep him around and promote him at your earliest opportunity.

These guys are the best. They made an emergency vacuuming of my pool today so that my party tomorrow will be wonderful. They are always there when I need help or advice I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a pool and wants it maintained without any hassle.

We trust Isaacs Pools and Spas for maintenance, water samples, and overall expertise. The team there is incredible.

Isaac's was the only pool company that would work on my pool. The other companies I contacted wouldn't work on it because they didn't install it. Isaac's researched to make sure they ordered the correct filter. Once ordered we set up an installation day and everything went smooth. The pool looks better than it ever has! Thank you Isaac's, Donnie and Tracy for your help!

Rusty & Brandon came and got out jacuzzi up and running this morning. The hot tub had been out of order since the beginning of November and I had tried multiple places and could not get someone to come. Thank you Isaac Pools in Johnson City! Thank you Rusty & Brandon!!!

I have no words worthy of how much this business helped us to bless this young cancer fighting buddy of mine with a Hot Tub to help his muscles feel better after treatment!
They went ABOVE and BEYOND and made his request possible in just a few days !

Recently I purchased a new home with a pool which was a first for me, the pool part that is. Within three weeks of zero maintenance on my part, the once beautiful blue pool had turned lime green! Who knew?!! Certainly not me. I got on the internet and researched pool companies where I found Isaacs Pool and Spa. Not only was their website top notch but after reading about three generations in the pool business I felt I would be in good hands. I couldn’t have been more RIGHT. Donnie and his very capable crew got right on it. It was apparent they’d seen it all before and knew exactly what to do. Not only were they capable, they were courteous and beyond patient in bringing a clueless newbie up to speed. In no time my pool was clear and blue again and thanks to Isaacs and their gracious crew, I’m no longer clueless about how to maintain a pool. I’m a long way from being an expert but expertise is where Isaacs comes in and that’s where I’ll always turn for assistance in the future. I can’t recommend them more highly. They get five stars in my book.

Delivery team was awesome. Our hot tub was huge and they had to get creative with how to get it on our patio. They got it where we wanted it and it looks great!!! Very polite and informative. Made sure everything was set up properly.
