Called 3/8/24 Thursday evening at closing time Ronald returned my call within 5 minutes. He said he would be by Friday to look at the loose shingles from wind damage last year. The problem has been weight around my neck for awhile, he took care of it in less than 24 hours. Also the price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend Ronald and his crew. A+ 🎎 👍😁😀

Mr. Ronnie just installed a new roof for us. The old one was mess they quickly got to work did a fantastic job . I can't say enough great things about him and his crew excellent service very kind and very good at what they do . Thank you Mr. Ronnie!!

Ronald installed new metal roof on my two story house and did a good job. Ronald and his crew are very good at what they do and are very nice and respectful.and after the work was done they cleaned up the job site. He does good work with good materials and will come back if needed . He also guarantees his work. I am going to have him to do more work soon. He also installed guttering for the new roof and his prices are very reasonable .

Had a tree fall on our house, damaging the porch and main roof. Ronald was very professional and responsive. Quickly provided a quote, and showed up on the site when he said he would. The work was quality and timely. Cleaned up the job site, and kept me updated on progress and adjustments as repairs proceeded by sending pictures of damage and repairs. He subbed out the carpentry for the porch repair, and the subs were just as professional, punctual, and courteous as Ronald. I am pleased with the work, and next time I need roof work done Ronald/Martin EZ Roofing is the first contractor I will call.

Called them in a Monday to see if they could replace facia on the house that had been damaged by the wind. The quote they gave was lass than anyone else and they came back on Tuesday to do the job as they were able to work us in. They did a good job and were done with no mess. I would bring them back for other jobs since they bare reasonable with their cost and show up to do the job even for this small one like they did for me.

A refreshing change. Did the job quickly, professionally, and listened to what we needed. Clean up was amazing... all we were left with was a beautiful job!
Replaced pan sheeting and metal roofing on a difficult garage, under a deck, that most wouldn’t tackle. Also metal roofing in a 3 car carport, installed large metal gable vents (and adjusted things when the fit was difficult), and finally a ridge vent on an different house next door.
Finishing up on a gut renovation of every system in the house we started before 2020 “Lockdown”. Obviously a difficult time to get things done and getting people to our remote location was near impossible.
I would give more stars if I could!

Absolutely amazing service and craftsmanship. If you don't read long reviews just know this is the company you can trust. My daughter had her mother pass away a few months ago. When she got to her house the roof was shot. I had zero time to find help. I called an hour before this place opened and got an answer. Then they showed up an hour later to give a quote. They could not have been more professional. I had 3 roofers finally call me back and 1 other show up for an estimate. I quickly realized Martin EZ roofing was our man. They showed up on time and replaced the entire roof and added a gutter system. The work was perfect. Later we had our windows done and once again could not be happier. I cant say enough about how pleased we are.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. Ronald was very professional and gave me a reasonably price for my roof. He worked with me on the color shingles for my roof, since Lowes didn't have the color I wanted. He made sure I got what I wanted. He also worked with me on another part of my roof that wasn't including in the estimate the first time. I kinda through that part in on him the day he started the job. Which he added that part in on my job and gave me a fair deal on that part as well. He cleaned and added some screws to my guttering as well. I was able to go buy the materials without giving him the money upfront, which I liked. He and his crew had my roof put on in 2 days and cleaned up their mess. I would like to recommend them as a awesome company to hire on any roofing needs you have.

We had a roof leak after losing shingles in a storm. Ronald came and made repairs the day I called! We also asked for a bid on a new metal roof. He completed the work, cleaned up, and was always there when he said he would be...very impressive these days! We would definitely recommend him.

Ronald of Martin-Ez Roofing did a great job repairing part of my siding that blew off during a recent storm we had here in Elizabethton. He made the job look easy climbing up on my steep pitch roof and access the part that needed to be replaced. His price was reasonable and worked within my budget to accomplish a repair that requires skill to work that high up. I would recommend him for your next job concerning roofing and siding repair.

After a recent storm, we woke up to water damage in our kitchen. We discovered Martin-EZ roofing through a google search and gave him a call. Within our initial talk, he was at our house in an hour. He was reasonably priced, informative, and had our roof fixed by the evening. He sent me pictures of our roof before and after he fixed the issue, as well as followed up with me a few days later to make sure we were not having any more leaking. We have a metal roof that was in need of repair from inadequate installation by another contractor several years ago. Martinez roofing responded quickly to our call, gave us a good quote, and did a great job within the cost estimate. We have already contracted with them for a repair on another property.

Suddenly I had water stains on my ceiling. When the rain ended I called Martin-ez and in a couple hours Ronald was at my house and quoted me a reasonable estimate. He returned the next morning and located the leak and made the repair within a few hours. He matched the shingles perfectly and all the debris was cleaned up before he left. Eleven months later and and not a drop of water. The quick response saved me from costly water damage. I recommend MartIn-ez for roofing repair and installation.

The last big storm had our roof leaking like a sieve and many shingles lost in the high winds. After spending the night bailing out buckets from one of our rooms, we gave these guys a call. Prompt, courteous, willing to work with us on payment, and finished up the next day! Excellent work, and no more leaks. Highly recommend.
