VIP Tires & Service

Had to replace my windshield washer pump on my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
The Arundel VIP did the work in quick time and at a reasonable price.
As always I was greeted by a courteous staff and they kept me in touch ( by phone) as the job progressed.
Always a good experience from the front desk all the way to the service bays in the garage.

VIP is an outstanding automotive repair and sales center. I’ve had dependable, professional service on my 2006 Mustang and would highly recommend them for all your service needs. Over the last few years I’ve had service on my radiator and cooling system, power steering repairs, and most recently electrical work on my power windows. All repairs were performed by highly professional technicians and I’ve had no problems at all. The service advisors,Ellen and Cameron, and Manager Darin Harvey are excellent. They have always been very prompt in getting appointments scheduled and always keep me informed of progress. Thanks for being a trusted local repair facility.

We have a family of 5 with 5 cars, and have been loyal VIP Arundel customers for a few years now. They have earned our trust over the years with their quality of repair, honesty, and customer service. Darin Harvey and Ellen Curtis are a pleasure to work with, and always go above and beyond, as do the other front desk staff. The techs have always done good work, we have no complaints! We are glad to find a place we trust that does things right, and has our best interest in mind. Overall, it's always a positive experience there.

I would like to express my love towards this particular store in Arundel,ME. Chris from this store literally blessed us that day, looked at every tire store on the way to patch a tire but no one was ready to help but fortunately this store turned out to be a blessing! He patched the tire free of charge, forever grateful for his ser and would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great customer experience!

Had brake problems. Darin (sp) got me right in on Friday morning. Truck was done by 10:30. Had trouble getting a Uber or Lyft ride to the shop. Ellen , from the front desk, came to get us!!
As we were on vacation from Albany Ny area this was service that went way above the norm!

Was passing through with problems with our power steering. The folks there were pretty busy but - I believe his name was Cameron - came out to take a look and offered good advice. Thank you for the help and the kindness.

Was able to get an oil change and inspection. They are so good to military veterans with a free inspection. That alone is **** in my book but the fact that the service is done timely and the gentlemen (I wish i knew his name) is so professional and exception with customers. To add its all done within 45 mins which at my other mechanic he'd have my car all day. **** all day long!

I had an emergency after suffering a flat on I-95. Darin Harvey stayed open late to ensure that I got back on the road. Darin and his tech should get a bonus!

Met such nice men there. Served promptly with eye on what's best for my car.

I want to give a shout out to Allison @ VIP in Arundel Maine. I noticed a very flat tire when I went out to my garage and drove approx 4 miles to get to VIP. Allison was at the desk and very cheerfully asked how she could help. She directed me to pull up in front of a bay door and came out herself in single digit temperature to check the tire. She checked all the tires for pressure as well. She noticed a screw lodged in the deflated tire and explained that I would need to get it checked asap. I was unable to wait as I had an appointment to get to. Upon returning home I called to schedule an appointment and she had me out of there in 45 minutes. I was so appreciative and relieved that she herself came out to help me on a cold Maine Saturday morning and got me to my appointment on time. I know where Ill be going to purchase my next set of tires !!! Thanks again Allison. VIP is very lucky to have you working for them.

My directional signal stopped working so I dropped in for a new light bulb. Alison replaced the bulb in minutes but also noticed my lens had been broken. She ordered the part and the car was fixed the next day. Great service, good prices, and extremely helpful staff.

These guys are THE BEST...I never leave there questioning the service. Very attentive! Always get me in for my appointments and even put up a hook on the bathroom door so I don’t have to put my purse in the floor.

They were so accommodating! Took me right in when I was desperate for an oil change the lady at the front desk was very kind and such wonderful affordable service!!

Been going here for years. Always switch my winter tires and do most of my car work. Always prompt and helpful in any way possible.

ON SUNDAY 7/7/2024 MY FAMILY AND I WERE ON OUR WAY TO TAKE OUR SON TO THE ZOO FOR HIS 7 TH BIRTHDAY. WE HAD A BLOWOUT. THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE AND HAD US IN AND OUT!
