Jack in the Box

Almost always a positive experience at this location. Drive thru can be a little long sometimes, but it is right next to the freeway and seems to see a bit of impulse traffic.

When to the store in atascadero. Completely screwed up my order. Argued with me order was right on the screen. Waited for over 30 minutes had to get out of my car and go inside. Manager apologized finely got my wife's order and they gave me something I didn't ordered when I got home. They need to train and get a better class of employees and managers.

The food is as expected, no issues. But every time I'm in A town and visit this location it appears that the drive thru service is getting slower and slower. Sometimes a 15-20 min wait. I understand from the other review responses that Jack in the Box is already aware of this issue and is working towards a solution. The 5 stars is more for honesty than anything else.

Beautiful location! We showed up early in the morning and the place was nice and clean. Staff was friendly, they took our orders on paper, I'm assuming the registers at the front weren't working but the whole process was still smooth nonetheless. They have a large table that can fit a large group of like 6 people. They also have a fireplace which I assume they turn on during the winter. Cool place!

Just went through the drive through and the person who served me a) was very sweet and polite and b) had this awesome but subtle shade of purple hair. I bring this up because I didn't catch a name but the employee was able to get my fries made just the way I like them :) two thumbs way way up!
Edit: I'd also like to add that the two employees I saw inside were wearing their masks correctly, which is a relief because I've seen places that slack off on that. It's hot and uncomfortable but they're doing it by the book!

Always fast, even if I'm not in the drive thru. Last time I ordered Jack's Tacos, they weren't flat and overcooked, they were huge and had nice crispy shredded lettuce!! I love this JITB, they 💜 their customers!

(Compliments to the red & black hair) Jazzy has very good customer service skills. I came through the drive thru & placed my order thru the intercom.She was very patient & very nice even though my truck engine was louder then the both of us.When I got to the window my order was shockingly correct & repeated with a smile! She let me know that she would be back & she will be helping complete my order.THANKS FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE JACK IN THE BOX STAFF I WILL BE BACK !!

Actually food was better (not as greasy as before). Very fast and honest. I almost left without my change and the personnel ran out to give to me. Thank You for a refreshing act of honesty. 5 stars for that one.

In and out in 60 seconds. This location, like most, are now taking orders by way of the mobile app. And I'm loving the Jack in the Box app. I just wish it had some way to use the coupons you find.

Great food choices, it's easier to come back without boring myself on the food... like McDonald's. Way better customer service here too, jack in the box employee's got it down. Keep up the good work.

Service is way better now even late at night when most places are gross need some work on the freshness of the fries though. Besides that great!

Need to expand drive through with more windows, due to COVID-19, as that has changed how we go out to eat. 😲

I love the JIB...Breakfast...lunch...dinner as well....menu is all good 👍. The variety is good. Great mix...glad I live close to one.

It's all about the tacos. Those weird chewy and greasy little tacos. You have to get them. You will love them and you won't know why. It is kind of amazing
