I like shopping at Target! So much selection and the prices are always great. This target is pretty new-ish (5 years old?) and it is bright and clean. I really like the “Grand Entry” escalator. I think the way some aisles are blocked is confusing though.

Best good things to remember about target:
1) always icees in 3 flavors
2) target grocery is pretty handy
3) great storage product options

I am writing to thank you very much for the exceptional service that I received from Joe, a Guest Services Team Member in the Electronics Department at Target. During my recent visit to the store, Joe went above and beyond to assist me with setting up my cell phone service.
Despite being in the middle of stocking shelves, Joe immediately stopped what he was doing to help me. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with me, despite my lack of familiarity with modern technology. He helped me activate my service and provided valuable feedback and information that I needed to know to get the most out of my cell phone.
Joe's exceptional customer service skills made my experience at Target pleasant and enjoyable. He truly exemplifies what genuine customer service is supposed to be. I commend him for his dedication to his job and his willingness to go above and beyond to help people.
Joe is a true asset to the Target team and an excellent representative of Target's company's values.

UPDATE: The construction seems to be over

There is one employee I would like to highlight for his outstanding work, dedication to his job, and his attention to detail. I don’t know his name but every time I come to this Target I see him carefully cleaning and aligning all the shopping carts for customers. It is super reassuring to know that when you grab a cart it has been carefully and dutifully cleaned! I’ve also seen him cleaning registers with the same attention to detail. He never stops working, and I definitely respect the man’s work ethic.

Super clean, easy to find items. I have never been to a target that had fruits and vegetables.

Jackson deserves a raise! I picked up my curbside order and when I got home I was missing a 6-pack of soda and an 8-pack of sparkling water. When I called Jackson immediately and genuinely apologized.

after putting me on a brief hold, he promptly found the items. The bag simply hadn't been labeled so it was left behind. I assumed I would get a refund or an offer to pick up the items. He told me he would put them aside for pickup and provide me with a $5 Target gift card.

This is why I keep my Target credit card (the only store card I have) and keep coming back week after week. Please pass my praise onto him. Coming from someone who has worked in customer relations for 16+ years, I would like to say that his service was unexpected in the best way.

I’ve been shopping at Target for a long, long time and that’s because I can always count on them to have the products I need at reasonably prices. Plus, their customer service is helpful and friendly, every time!

The store was clean and the employees were extremely helpful!! Though they were out of what I went in for, I did find other great deals, and got my Starbucks without having to make an extra stop!!

This location is where I select all of my pick up orders be done. They always have high quality items in stock. The app makes it so easy to order, drive up, and have my items.

Perhaps the finest Target shopping in Dane county. The toy selection for my toddler is amazing. The building itself is very cool. We take an escalator up and the view out is nice. A really fun trip for the family.

At first sight, I has no expectation about the chain store since the pricing policy is standard but it is totally wrong for me. I admire staffs for their proper care. Though the store is busy during the peak time, waiting in a line for checking out doesn’t last long, especially automatic machines (cashiers) are adequate. A staff usually stands by beside them to ensure their functionality.

Target 👏🏼👏🏼 Thank you to each and every one of the employees working at Hilldale Target. The store was being cleaned everywhere I went, each checkout lane was deep cleaned after EVERY customer, signs were posted about social distancing, and there were taped Xs on the floor 6ft apart so people were separated in line. Yes, I may have waited longer than usual, but I felt more safe here than any store I’ve been in so far. I’ll gladly wait longer to feel safe.

Normally it is quality products at a reasonable price but this situation involves an employee who was extremely attentive and went out of her way to look out for my best interests. Her name is Sid and she works at the Hilldale Target in Madison Wisconsin. I was involved in a phone scam in which I gave the gift card info to someone over the phone. Sid noticed the amount of money I was requesting to put on the gift cards and told me there were scams going on and asked if I was giving the card numbers to someone over the phone. Because she took the time to voice concern for me it made me realize what I was doing. I came back after my purchase, asked her to see if the cards were being used on line and they were. She moved quickly at my request and refunded the rest of the gift card. She saved me over 2500$ that would have been lost money. Targets set up that allowed a quick return also was critical in recovering my money before the scammers could use it. I was a Target fan before this but because of Sid’s actions on my behalf and Targets quick return policy on gift cards I am forever grateful to Sid and Target for looking out for me as a customer. I would request that Sid be identified as an outstanding employee and if possible be compensated by Target with a raise or advancement in her career there. I can not praise her enough for looking out for a customer!

I come in every once in awhile. It's a popular place in the daytime. I like to come at night when it's less busy. Just had a positive shopping experience here. Nice young man helped me find motor oil. And I picked up dinner. They have all kinds of things here. There's household goods, electronics, automotive stuff, furniture, groceries, decorative merchandise, bedding, toys, clothes, tools, pet supplies, and outdoor gear. A convenient stop. This target has underground parking and an elevator.

This Target has become one of my usual go-to places. It's a well-run store with staff that are friendly, ready to help, and on the ball with keeping the store clean and organized. I've had many pleasant interactions with employees and, hey, thanks for Cartwheel and the RED Card, I'm getting good deals every time. Really happy to have a convenient place that's this great!

Fast order-ready time. Fast, no-hassle pickup process. My order was ready in les than an hour, and took me all but three minutes in the store to pick it up.
Great experience.

My favorite target! All the employees seemed very happy and were smiling the entire time. Very good selection of products and clothing. Highly recommend!!

The front desk associates were super helpful Jeff in particular. He was very kind and knowledgeable and got the job done quickly. he most definitely deserves a raise he made the entire experience wonderful.

Great parking and place to shop

I was notified that I had a package to pick up at the Hilldale store, which surprised me since I never ordered thru that store. There was some confusion about some blankets I had ordered which had actually been shipped to me. But I found out that my order for a Cutter Teardrop chair had be inexplicitly canceled, and I had not been notified of it. The most remarkable young man named Jackson, who apparently is also the front desk mgr., helped me out. I am computer illiterate, and apparently also phone illiterate. Jackson went way over and above to help figure out what had happened, and to rectify the situation. He had to find my daughter's address in my phone in order to send the chair to her, and I was no help whatsoever. The entire time Jackson was helpful and kind, obviously very knowledgeable and capable, and he didn't make me feel totally inept! The young man is certainly a credit to your corporation. I can't say enough about him. FYI the order number for the transaction he completed for me was 1066988605818 on July 1st at 5:15 pm. Please commend him for his terrific service.
