I came into this Beautyshop for the very first time and was amazed by the cleanliness and the order and the products and supplies that they had. I highly recommend the store for anyone who is visiting for the very first time or if you live here in the Huntsville area. The only thing that I would recommend is that they consider getting salt and pepper combinations or even gray blends of here into their store for people who have gray hair like myself. G, a staff employee who was very professional, who immediately greeted myself and my granddaughters upon entrance into the store. G also assisted in helping us finding and locating things that I was looking for.

The staff was very helpful! The selection is wide and beautiful. They have everything one needs to change their look, accessorize or care for beauty needs.
The store is beautiful and well stocked. It was very clean and neat. I think I may return there the next time I have to get somerhing for my hair, face or nails. I recommend them for your hair, make-up or nail needs.
I'm excited to get my protective style and grow my hair.
I picked up some braiding hair and hair oil. They had just what I needed at a reasonable price.

Cc and Giana was very helpful and professional. It was an amazing experience. The customer service was top notch best customer service I’ve had going into any Hair Queen Store. They took the time and explain the products they were very helpful. They went on their way and looked at reviews for the products to ensure that I had the right product for my hair type. I will always recommend Hair Queen Store #1 to my Military, family and friends that come in town they need hair care essentials.

I usually shop here every since I moved to Huntsville and they have never disappointed. I get a lot of products for me and my girlfriend and they always have them in stock or have great options for when they don’t. The person who helped me was amazing Marcy showed new products and gave me a rundown on what they had in them and how much they were compared to other brands. I love shopping here!

I have been searching for a specific product for my natural hair & it seems like I couldn’t find anything that fit me perfectly for months & Giana pointed me to the right direction instantly! She seems to really care about her customers & really is committed to helping her clients find the perfect products. She’s a wonderful person with a such a sweet spirit. Will definitely be back because of her service alone!

I had an amazing experience here. I walked in and Giana, a store rep there, was VERY nice and helpful. The service was swift and easy! I would definitely recommend the surrounding population to shop here for their hair products!

Update: I had to stop by for another product. I was assisted by CeCe this time, and she was nice and VERY humorous. Experiences like these will always compel me to shop here!

Giana was amazing and thorough. She knew right where to take me in the store for the products I needed. Y'all better do all you can to keep her there. Great customer service is hard to come by these days.

Today Siesie and Marcy helped me out and greeted me from the second I came in with good mornings and good attitudes. I needed help with one product, let me to it. Held great morning conversation with me as it happened. Lifted my morning. Great place to get your hair and care supplies from 🙏🏾

Kira was super sweet and helpful with my needs. Unfortunately they didn’t have a product I needed but she took the time to contact another to see if they had the product I was looking for. She went above and beyond!

The store was clean and organized. I was trying to find a particular product but couldn’t find it. Giana saw me and helped. She was very knowledgeable about different products I could use and she had excellent customer service.

I have never bought anything of value like hair products, but today I bought some hair at Hair Queen on University Dr. and it's gorgeous and at a great price. Let me see how long it last..If it last for a while I will be back. I got fed up with some of the other beauty supply stores in the area so I started ordering online. The one thing about it is that I can return it if it doesn't work for me.

I went in there with an idea of what I wanted my hair to but thanks to Jasmine King I walked out with everything. She matched my hair colors, even enjoyed her conversation. Great customer service from the cashier on Christmas Eve & my helper. Thank you Hair Queen 👑
