Atlantis Pool & Spa

Looking for bromine put me here and I was happy to get it on the close out sale! I was surprised to hear about the shortage and therefore the costs have increased dramatically, but not here. Sales person was very knowledgeable and nice.

So I'm posting an update as I am changing my review to a five-star because of the situation below they have definitely fixed and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of they weren't the ones who fixed our pool we did like I said go with somebody else but my husband went there Honestly by accident to get water testing not realizing this is the company that I had an issue with the owner immediately recognized our name and went above and beyond to try and reconcile what had happened with us due to their employee not returning our calls and setting up an appointment as they said they would. Thank you to the owner who took really good care of us to fix this!

So I was referred to this company by the previous owner of the house that we bought to speak with them about our pool that they have worked on before. In calling them they said there was something they definitely could do and that they would pass off our information to someone named Steve so he could give us a call and set up an appointment. He took all of my information said that he wrote up a ticket and that Steve should call me shortly. So I waited for Steve to call he never called that day I expected maybe I would at least get a call within the next day or two I still never received a phone call and a few days passed and I called them again and said that Steve has never called me and he said oh I'm so sorry I will send him a text and have him call you right now and Steve never called. I waited another couple of days and called and said Steve never gave us a call and he said oh well he's just working on a big job and he will give you a call as soon as he can. That was a couple of weeks ago and we have still yet to hear from the person that they said would give us a call. We did end up going with somebody else who has fixed our pool. But Atlantis Pool and Spa just did not have the communication that they needed for their customers. Which we were sad about because the previous owner spoke so highly of them.

Staff is very knowledgeable and always knows exactly what we need to do to get the hot tub up and running. The water tests have been very helpful with ensuring our water is safe to use.

This is not going to be your normal review. I did not buy a product or service. I did spend some quality time speaking with Brandon from their customer service. We spoke for nearly an hour. I have a spa that is 10 years old, build into a deck and is leaking. We discussed removal of deck for repairs, new spas and how to better install them for service. At the end of the conversation I decided to remove the spa myself and complete the deck in that spot. It was the time Brandon took and his knowledge that left me feeling like he understood where I was at. When the time comes to install a new spa Atlantis will be a the top of my list based on the high quality of customer service I have already received.

Always super friendly and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them to any and everyone.

They have given us great direction on how to clean our pool and keep it safe for the kids

Very knowledgeable and helpful, especially to first time pool owners. Excellent water testing experience. Easy to follow, explicit instructions on what to do to get water levels where they're supposed to be, with all the chemicals available in store for reasonable prices.

They are very helpful to get you the correct chemicals and do not try to sell you on unnecessary items. They also do water testing, it's free if you spend 50$ which is reasonable!

I went it to purchase a hot tub chemical test kit and as I was talking to the lady working there I asked if they had anyone who serviced hot tubs and she said yes. So I said I would like to have someone come out and service my spa because a bunch of the jets were no longer working. As we were talking she asked if I had done a system flush and I said no I didn't even know what that was. She explained it to me showed me the product and explained how it worked. She said to try that first before spending the money on a service call. So I purchased the product and sure enough it worked like magic! It cleaned my system and now my jets are working!!!! $30.43 for the product saved me $$$ in a service call. Thank you!!!!!! I will be a repeat customer!!!

Don is the Best! In the old days... he would show up personally, even after hours. Shannon is very smart and bit grumpy. Watch thier service help carefully as they are commission based and will show up with 2 people for a one person job. The service folks vary in knowledge... But generally good. Overall, I've used them for 5 years and recommend these folks.

Awesome!!!! I've been a customer for a few years now, and will never change. The owners are smart and always helpful. They go above and beyond in ALL they do. And this is just the pool and spa part. They are always helping to support our country's Troops, with what ever they can. They always have good prices and good advice.!!!!!!

They have been our guides ever since buying a house with an in-ground pool. Every visit is a learning experience and they know their stuff! Save yourself time and money by asking them for advice before Google. Cheaper than Amazon. Let Atlantis be your luxury mentor.

This was the by far the best place to go to for pools are hot tube/spa supplies. They wanted to make sure you didnt waste money wanted you to learn your about your stuff. They give a demo to make sure you do if you want one. Both employees went above and beyond to make sure I was happy I'd drive across town to there store if had to.

To anyone reading the post by "Craig Blaze" this is a FALSE review. This is a tenant that has no ownership to this property or dealings with Atlantis pool. I would 100% recommend this company. Don and all the employees are amazing and go above and beyond. If anyone needs a referral email me I would gladly explain that this tenants issue was with me not this service. Signed a very pleased property owner with an unfortunate tenant issue.

Totally Awesome!!!! Our handyman referred us to Atlantis after buying a hot tub from Spa Brokers and receiving no manual or instructions about the spa or chemicals they gave us. Don was super! He had us drain and refill spa and then bring in a water sample. They did a phenomenal job testing the water, getting us on the right chemical balance, and provided all the information that Spa Brokers SHOULD have given us to begin with.
They resolved the caustic burn problems that wouldn't have occurred if Spa Brokers had given us the manuals and information in the first place. We will definitely be buying all our products from Atlantis going forward. Don and everyone else at Atlantis---you guys rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great locally owned shop. Very helpful about helping me find what I needed. They even sold me the cheaper product that what I had in hand since it would have served my needs and saved me money.

I've been visiting this store since I got my above ground pool. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. This year my pool turned very green and they helped me pull it out of a bad state and turn it crystal clear again. Thank you!!!

They helped me with leveling out the alkaline, phosphates, Ph balance in our water and explained it well enough for me to get the levels balanced correctly on a weekly basis!

Awesome down to earth people who really take the time to figure out what I need. Give clear directions and have the coolest doggies! Mom and pop operation so they get my full support.
