Point Broadband

Giving Paul Ward, the point-broadband technician a huge shout out for troubleshooting our business phone line issues for more than 5 hours today. We very much appreciated Paul’s determination to find the issue why our phone line was not working. Our business has not had phone service for 5 days. Paul was successful in getting our business phone to ring once again the minute he connected the newly installed 75 feet of phone line in our 100 year old building on State Street. Thank you Paul for your tenacity!

Day 2, Paul was courteous and professional on the second day to check and repair the internet connection. Thank you Paul for working so hard at the end of your day to satisfy your customer! We recommend the technician Paul Ward.

Tim Kirk was our technician and he was great. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He actually ran into a new problem he hadn’t encountered before but did a great job finding the answer and getting us up and running again! We highly recommend him to anyone that has point broadband!!

Mikayla Newman was awesome as a technician! She was punctual, efficient and helped me to know what to check next time!! I would be glad to have her back anytime we needed a technician!!!

Mikayla Newman was amazing. We were met with some wiring issues but she didn't give up. What should have been a 15 minute job for her turned into almost two hours. Because she had to rerun Even though my job put her behind she didn't make me feel as if she was rushing to leave. She made sure all my questions were answered before she left.

Tim Kirk is very knowledgeable and pleasant. Helped fix our issues easily and gave tips to help in the future. Wonderful experience.

Tanner was an amazing technician he was here in a timely fashion he explained everything and what everything does or to look for.. he also showed me how to access the plume app and what all I could use it for. Was very respectful and explained everything to where I was able to understand all of it. I got internet and phone and did all the hook up fantastic. Couldn’t ask for a better tech to explain and hook the things up. Would recommend him to anyone.

Paul Ward was awesome today. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He cleaned up after himself and put things back where they went. Overall rating for Paul is a 10/10. And he needs a raise.

Tanner did a wonderful job putting in my Wifi! He was quick, and you could tell he knew what he was doing. I have a small business, and I was grateful to find a company that understood my situation and was very kind and accommodating!

Our tech was Mikayla Newman. She was very quick about getting the problem fixed and very thorough about checking everything. She made everything quick and easy and we’re happy to finally have our Internet problems resolved.

My technician today was Tim K. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. You can tell he knows what he's talking about because of his experience in this field. I would highly recommend him for any of your technical needs in this area.

Milaila Newman did an incredible job setting up my internet. She arrived early in the time frame given and went extra lengths to ensure proper set up for my apartment. great customer service, explained everything I needed to know about my new service.

Our service was installed and connected today by a Technician by the name of Tanner. This young man was wonderful. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable, he was able to answer all the questions I had. The connection was quick and the service is a wonderful change from our previous carrier. I would most definitely recommend Point Broadband, and Tanner.

Paul was very nice and extremely helpful! He showed up within the time frame given. I wanna say around 830 am. He told us about the new app and answered question about issue we had at our other residence. Overall great experience

This 5* is for only 3 people in the entire point broadband company that I've actually had the PLEASURE to encounter. However since I only have one full name Thank You Ms. Mikayla Newman for completing a job that's been in the process since September '23. Thank you for your outstanding customer service, your brilliant mind and your amazing work ethic. Keep up the Work. YOU are a true Diamond in the rough. Point Broadband needs more employees like you.
