Great place to live! Property manager Chelsey is amazing and very helpful! We were here before the renovation and it was amazing, very quiet, always great parking. I can’t wait for them to finish the new renovations. It already looks great! Maintenance is amazing ! Trevor is super nice and he always go above and beyond to help out residents!

Chelsey was amazing to work with. She is very knowledgeable and helped me through the whole process! Would recommend to anyone! The upgraded bottom floors with fenced in yard is perfect for my pet.

Chelsea and her assistant are awesome property mgrs.I have lived here for 3years they always fix any issues I have had asap.Also they just walked me thru completing my new lease on the portal.I love living here very quiet.PhaleshiaR.

The ladies in the office do so great and are very professional. They helped me with everything I need. And Trevor on the maintenance side is very polite and very well mannered. He came over and fixed my friends service request and answered all of our dumb questions. My friend really enjoy living here. The team is great.

Not just the name but the building it self has dramatically changed for the better. The staff here does such a great job and I must say my experience has always been positive. They do such a great job at communication and establishing a community among neighbors.

They made it very effortless to move in, even earlier than I had expected. I was VERY pregnant, & with my husband in the stationed in the Navy, It was difficult at the time. They made it easier when the moving company said they were arriving early, for me Always willing to work with you, hosting events, etc. Its a beautiful place to live & has been a great stepping stone in our new lives as a family. They have undergone some nice remodeling & updated the front office to have a social lounge!

Chelsey Childree took her time to make sure that I had the apartment I wanted as well as needed. By her being empathetic to my needs I felt like this was the best place to call my home. I scheduled a viewing and was able to see the apartment exactly on my schedule start time, Chelsey was very professional and also so sweet during the whole process.

The office workers and maintenance personnel are all really nice. I had a few maintenance problems moving in and they fixed most of them the same day I reported them, they even replaced my dishwasher withing a week of my having problems! The apartments are very pet friendly and there are dog stations at every building.

Have lived here for 2 years and want to give a shout out to the 2 ladies in the office (Chelsea and Kaitlyn for their friendly demeanor. That are always happy to help. Trevor in maintenance always addresses issues if brought to him through proper channels. The employees do a good job keeping the area clean. The tenants cause most the trash laying around by not picking up after themselves.

Been here for three years and love it the property manager chelsey is great and personal with all the tenants and willing to help and answer what ever questions you have and the maintenance guys are always willing to help with anything on the property great place to live if you are staying in panama city

This is the second time living here! I absolutely love living here. The management is amazing. They are always on top of things. As long as I live in Panama City I will be living here and recommending people to live here.

Great apartment complex!! Best choice for Tyndall AFB folks due to its proximity to base as well as PCB. The 1 BR is very spacious and includes many built-in storage solutions to make it feel even bigger.

I only have great things to say about this community and those who work here!! Chelsey and Trevor have both gone above and beyond to help and assist in a timely manner, even outside of business hours! Thankful for this community!
