Customer Service is top notch, today I walked in after I bought the wrong system and needed to return it and get the right one.. there was an issue with the serial number and the gentleman working handled everything as seamlessly as he could and I was out of there with everything I needed.

George and Andrew have been very welcoming to me and my kids shopping here. They are very kind and professional.

The best game stop I've been to. Employees actually have pleasant attitudes and it's always clean.

Small, very easy to overlook. However their employee that helped me find my son's Christmas present was amazing! Very knowledgeable, friendly, and polite. Made sure I left happy. Also very clean.

Went into to the Callaway GameStop with my son, to upgrade his Nintendo Switch to the OLED version. Courtney was the best! We got what we wanted, plus a GameStop membership for free, saved $62 and she went above and beyond by flawlessly applying his new screen protector. We'll definitely be shopping here again

The management knows me by name. They tried to make a very personal and welcoming experience for each person who walks in the door. They make sure they don't oversell you and hope you find exactly what you need for your child or yourself. They have a wide knowledge encompassing all sorts of video games and systems. They know the publishers as well as developers at every game and who you should steer clear from as well as who you should try out. The most friendly GameStop I've ever been to.

My boys and I use this store on Tyndall Parkway. George is great. Very kind, considerate and professional. I have bought many games and xboxes here over the years. Customer service is top notch. Thank you in helping my family and I with our gaming needs!

After dealing with custom service over the phone. Having all my orders canceled because of online usage with a gift card. I drove the 30 miles to the GS. Because custom service told me all my transactions are going to be canceled and my giftcard wont work in 72 hours after they look into. I'm not mad when I arrived to a GS. Just glad they helped and took as much time to satisfy my needs. Thank you assistant manager

They have great customer service. And the guy there I think his name is John was very understanding,and very nice and took care of our problem with the controller we had. I will continue to use the tyndall parkway game stop.

Just like the theme song from Cheers "go to the place where everybody knows your name". Im always greeted with a smile. Everyone knows me by name. Ive never had an issue here. Its my favorite gamestop to go to. Absolutely love it

Gamestop in calloway is the best one around! It is worth the drive! All the employees actually care and recommend awesome stuff! They have tons of awesome clearance stuff at this location, shirts, collectible cups, game stuff, all sorts of gamer goodies.

Me and my nephew went there to sell some of his gadgets the employees were straight forward and prompt on top of being understanding and courteous. 5 Stars isn't enough!

Staff was super friendly. Store was clean and we'll organized. The games I was looking for (Wii) were priced just right!

These guys are amazing at their job. If you show interest in a limited preorder they will call you when it becomes available and everyone there is helpful and knowledgable.
