Auto Collision Doc

I am very pleased with my repair work from Auto Collision Doc! Roland took the time to sit down with me and go over all my options. Originally, we agreed upon black parts, which were readily available. Unfortunately, once Roland received them, they were not up to his standards. While in Tennessee, Roland was able to locate parts with my exact color code! Amazing! Now, my car looks like is was never hit in the rear!

And yes, Trump won!

I’m not surprised this business has such high reviews already. I just watched a video by LackLuster on YouTube where the owner was out at 8pm in a parking lot working to repair a customer’s car when he was harassed, presuming he was stealing it, and wrongfully arrested for obstruction by the local police when he declined to ID when he had committed no crime. The charges were dropped. I don’t know ANY mechanic that would make a house call at 8pm for a customer these days. An amazing guy! His assistant in the video showed great character as well. Help these guys out!

My grandson's car was damaged twice this year and I used this shop both times. Each time the work was completed on time and it looked like it was never hit. The owner took time to time to explain how to look for previously done work and the difference in "flakes" in the paint. This is my go -to shop and I highly recommend it to others.

They went above and beyond to help me after a hit and run damaged my bumper and taillight! Insurance had them order a bumper that turned out to be as bad as the one I had and they did the legwork to find a color matching one in much, much better shape on my out-of-production car!

I was thoroughly impressed with Auto Collision Doc, both quality and service, and the price was better than I expected. A couple months ago in August, they repaired some ugly collision damage on my front bumper and fender of my old Nissan pickup truck, from when I ran into an unmarked city contruction site several years ago.
When I first arrived, the owner Roland Edger immediately met with me and talked with me about several options: what would look best, what would cost least, what parts would be most readilly available, and so forth. He came up with an exact quote and timetable for repair, without ever pressuring me. My truck was repaired within a week, and it looks great (almost new), and all for a price much lower than I had expected. I would definitely hire Auto Collision Doc again!

I wrecked my car just three days after moving to Huntsville and these guys made it their business to get my car back to me! They were so helpful and kind. I pleased with my experience here. For any of your auto body needs look no further!!
