So far very friendly people I have a vehicle in their possession currently for an insurance claim so we will see how the work goes but so far very friendly people and my review will be updated when work is completed.

Aside from the hood lines not matching up everything else looks great

John is very nice! Everyone there is very friendly and helpful! They even remember you by name! It took a long time, I will say that. But I would rather it take time with someone who truly cares about fixing every detail than someone who rushes a job! Most of the time was waiting on parts. They noticed the wheel was damaged and of course all state wanted them to repair the wheel. But John said it was too dangerous to repair the wheel. But to prove Allstate wrong he did what they said then showed them that he couldn't let anyone drive off like that and ordered a new wheel! It does take time with ordering parts, getting approval from insurance, proving the damage and then actually doing the work! Any problem I had they fixed! Will definitey choose this place if I'm ever in this spot again!

Lones autobody is top notch. I had to have a trunk lid repainted after a vandalism incident. After scheduling our appointment, we dropped off on a Monday morning and picked it up on Wednesday. The car looks new again. This is the 2nd time I've used Lones personally, and I recommend them.

I rarely write reviews, but Lones Body Shop is one of the BEST body shops I've ever used. Not only did they squeeze me in to do an emblem change on my SUV, they were super fast and professional. John is the best. If I ever need any other body work done, they definitely will have my business!

After researching for a collision center to have my Jeep fixed I decided to use Lone's. I was impressed with their customer service and decided to bring my Jeep back later that day to be repaired. Andrew was very helpful and handled all the paperwork and communication with the insurance company. They did a great job repairing my Jeep and I will definitely use them again if needed.

I can’t say enough good things about Lones! First off, I called several shops and everyone refused to work on the project I wanted. Lones not only accept the challenge, but told me of all the risk. I took my truck here to have some parts on my front in replaced/ painted and they did a awesome job and were very friendly with service and had my truck ready one week before they said I was very pleased I will definitely be using them if I have any other issues

Today makes the 3rd repair completed for my family at Lones Body Shop. I live in Decatur and drive past quite a few other repair facilities to have any work done there. I can say without a doubt that you will never find a better place to have work done. Always on time and keeps you up to date throughout the repair process. I will never have work done anywhere else. Fixed a dent in my husband's car and replaced my bumper (don't ask if the two were related). Highly recommend. Fast, friendly, and fair prices. Hope I never have to return but if we need body work done in the future will definitely use Lones.

Installed a spoiler on my ‘17 Mustang GT. Put it on within a day no questions asked. Would use them again!

They did a surprisingly amazing job on my car... I had multiple people compliment my vehicle stating that you couldn't tell ANYTHING had happened!!! I highly recommend their service and I will be back for sure!!!
