This shop is Amazing they look out for the customer time and time again I love it. Sometimes very busy because they wont settle for a bad job. So you'll know you will get great quality work so hold tight. Owner is a great person. cares about family and friends. He goes the extra for you and your work for them at hand. My alignment was all out of wack from lowering my truck and they were able to get it all back in line. The truck drives great and I will recommend them to others for any type of work.

I do not normally use this type of service. However, I coordinated to get a quote from Doug. I setup a repair date, and just like he told me, 2 to 3 hours to repair a dent I really wanted to fix was done.
Additionally, the dent disappeared, was charged a very good price to make the repair, and I became one very happy customer. Enough for me to want to add a positive comment and give Doug kudos for excellent work on my Camry. Thank you, Doug. The front staff was professional, and you as well sir. I took a few business cards to share with others. I will utilize this shop for their expertise anytime in the future.

ADR recently did outstanding fender repair work on my Lexus. Doug, is very personable and a professional business owner. He provided me a fair estimate, quick response, and excellent results. He made sure that the repair was done correctly ... the paint job matched perfectly. Kevin was also very efficient in handling the scheduling and paperwork. Doug has been working parking lot dings all the way up to collision repairs on my cars since 2001, I cannot recommend them enough. He is a smaller operation which feels good to do business with as you know you are being treated fairly and you are not just another name/number. Scheduling can be a little tricky as they stay busy and repair work is hard to keep to a defined timeline, but i have always had patience and it ALWAYS pays off! Kudos Doug, keep up the good work!

Picked up my F250 today and I am super satisfied!!! Brought it in with a MAJOR dent on the right front fender that ran across a body line and now it looks like new! I've been a car nut all my life and know how hard a dent like this is to fix and Doug and Kevin blew me away. Incredible talent. OK, it is darn near a two decade old pickup but it made my day to see my baby looking good. These old Fords have some tough steel in them so I'm sure it was way more work than what the bill reflected. Thanks!!!

I had a little dent on the trunk lid of my car, and took it to Alabama Dent Repair. They were awesome ! I took it down for them to look at, they booked it in on Labor Day morning at 8am, and I cannot believe when I went to pick it up, the dent was gone and perfect !! They are great to deal with, very professional and really good work.. Very impressed.

Very busy shop, but they worked me in to paint and install a replacement side mirror. Looks brand new and the price was very reasonable. I will be back!

They did a super job repairing a 6" long (and quite deep) scratch on my truck's front left fender. Done on time, at the agreed upon price (which was reasonable). Will use again, 100%.

Overall the best experience I’ve ever had in this type of business. They were very polite, on time, and were quick to get me into their busy work schedule.
