Rod's Custom Body Shop does amazing quality work. Their staff is always friendly and ready to assist. I've gone to them twice and my dad using them as well. Both times, my cars came back looking brand new. They worked directly with the insurance company, so there was no back and forth for me to worry about. I had to take my car in to get my bumper repaired. The entire process was easy and smooth. I recieved regular updates on the status of my car while it was being repaired. That was fantastic. When my car was returned it had been washed and cleaned inside and out! If I ever need repairs done again, I will definitely be going back. I can’t say thank you enough for making the process stress free!

They are amazing! They fixed my car the same day i dropped it off and they did it pretty quick. It took them a few hours to fix what another collision center couldn’t fix the 3 other chances they got. I would recommend Rod’s to anyone who asked.

They were so awesome! The communication is amazing the front desk staff, and all the employees I dealt with were wonderful!! They got my car back exactly when I expected it based off their ETA and they did a beautiful job. You can’t tell there was any issues! And my car was returned cleaner than I left it. Rod’s Custom was wonderful. Everyone I encountered was friendly, engaging, and professional. My SUV looks great and I really appreciated that I received text messages along the way. Ben was very respectful and responsive if I had follow on questions to his text messages. No one likes to be at a body shop, as that means you have a major car repair. I will say, if I ever need a body shop again, Rods will be the first and only I call. I walked out and felt I was treated with respect and I feel I paid a fair price for the superb work. Also, my car was filthy when it went in (Construction work), but man oh man they cleaned the inside like it had been detailed.

We have been using Rods body shop for many years. I have never had a complaint at all with the work they have done. They do excellent work and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right. They keep you informed on the progress and have always finished the work sooner than expected. I had a very good experience at Rod's Custom Body Shop. They were efficient and professional, and when I picked my car up the damage had been expertly repaired. The only issue was that my car wouldn't start when I picked it up! Steve jumped the battery off and it ran fine after a few false starts. He said that the employee cleaning the interior of the car (it was spotless, inside and out!) usually kept all four doors open while he was cleaning and that probably ran the battery down. Later, the manager contacted me to let me know that if I had any problems he would take care of them. I appreciated that very much! I would definitely go back to Rod's and I would recommend them to anyone!

This shop was fantastic to work with! They were extremely thorough during the estimate process. They kept me updated every step of the way. I received several text messages to let me know what the status of my car was. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone!
