Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This was our first time there since they opened. Service was good and food was good. Fries, burgers and chicken strips were all hot. They were very busy and we didn’t have to wait long for our carry out order.

For only being their second day open, I will say they are doing an amazing job!! Keep it up!!!!

Food is like any other location, blizzards are just awful, I always ask for extra addins (Reese’s) and I always get the same amount like a normal order does and they don’t mix it, top 1/4 is almost all Reese’s and the bottom 3/4 is just vanilla ice cream.

Nice new place but the wait is crazy.. don’t try it if your on a schedule

Ordered a 4 piece chicken strip and a small blizzard of the month. They asked me to pull forward and wait for my food, no problem. I sat there 15 minutes until a kid came out with my blizzard in his armpit 🤢 and my box pressed sideways against his chest. Talk about gross. Not to mention my blizzard was sour and my food was already cold. Definitely will not be back

To begin the drive through line was not that long however, the wait was. After the 30 minute wait our burger was wrong both the chicken strip baskets had very small tenders for what you pay for and a small portion of fry’s. The toast was good and the cheese curds. Maybe would have been better if they remembered our ranch as well. I understand they just opened however, messing pretty much every item up is unacceptable.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Mixed up our order for one, for 2, why the hell would you over fill a blizzard, not do the flip, AND NOT put a lid on an overflowing blizzard that then made a mess all over me and my vehicle so thanks for that. The incompetence of people in fast food these days is beyond me.

Well let’s start out by saying it was 5 pm on a Sunday pulled up ordered went to pay the kid sorry no receipt got the food and it was cold the fries we’re disgusting cold and the burger was cold and slimy the salad that was ordered was just as disgusting do not waist your time or money here!!!! Threw away 20 bucks on dinner don’t do the same I went out of my way to write this review!

Horrible customer service both times I've been to this location and both times fries are ice cold and stale .I was happy this place opened being closer to my location but won't return I like the one on Lincoln way much better

Took 25 minutes to get a cheeseburger and a shake. Had 2 cars in front of me, then when I got to the window, there were 5 people standing around talking

Wow, placed a mobile order and explicitly said no cheese on the burger, get home and find both patties SLATHERED in cheese.. First time ordering food from here and NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL..

their bizerds were rotten. took it back in and they gave new ones same story. u could tell that the milk was rotten by smelling😳
