It’s my 3rd time coming and I’m always super happy with my results. When I first went to her, they were green. Plus She always makes me feel so comfortable.

Jay has a great personality and was fun she made me feel comfortable. My brows came out perfect . I highly recommend her if you are interested in getting your brows done. She Numb my brows with numbing cream and I did not feel a thing.

She's been doing my eyebrows for 2 years now & they always come out great, they look natural & last for the full year. It doesn't hurt at all or take very long, only a few hours. I literally don't have to do anything to my eyebrows at all, but regular plucking & always get compliments.

Yes, they were dark the first 2 days but like magic it gets better. I thought it would hurt.... Nope! Not at all. The atmosphere is absolutely so calming and relaxing you will be completely comfortable and at ease. The experience was beyond expectation. Do not hesitate anymore. She is worth every dollar you spend and so much more!! You will be guided thru the process with explanations and she will give you exactly what you seek! No more drawing my brows!!!! I had my brows, upper and lower eye lids and lips done in February. Sadly to say, the only thing that was nice were the brows. My eye lids were awful. I have a permanent mark on my left lower lid that has little smudges and a hint of a line to live with. Just horrible. Looks like I put just a smudge of lower eyeliner on and then smudged it. My lips were damaged with no color. I notified her of my results. She made me an appointment and then at the last minute canceled. I then communicated with her about helping me with this mess and she told me of her family issues but still had not contacted me. When I first met her she said "we are a family and I will always be here for you". What a joke!! My suggestions, DO NOT LET THIS WOMAN TOUCH YOUR FACE." She will take your $$ and leave you high and dry. Shameful. Ask for pics and I'll share.

Last year was my first and last time coming to this place, I asked for a dark brown combo permanent eyebrows and my brows ended up looking like angry birds eyebrows, after they healed the color was black and my arch is sharp and pointy. Every day I have to put concealer on my sharp pointy arches just to curve them a bit, and I still have to use a taupe brow pencil to cover up the blackness of the brows.
