Purchased tile & install for my stairs & entire 1st floor. Price & customer service was great, and the end result came out amazing. From the owner to the people working in the office & the installers are extremely friendly and welcoming. My only complaint is they seem to have a bit of communication problem between each other in the office and with their installers. I talked to Mike, the owner, about my concerns & it was something he's already aware of and working on. Also, it took quite a while to fit me in. They seemed incredibly busy; I think it speaks a lot to the great service they provide. I'm an extremely picky person so it's refreshing to find a company that meets my expectations! Will definitely call on them for my next project.

Mike Dickey and Absolute Best Flooring are fantastic! I interviewed several contractors before renovating my house. I chose Mike because he had great reviews and provided a very competitive bid. The work included replacing my downstairs flooring and baseboards, replacing countertops in my bathroom, kitchen and bar, tiling my fireplace, and installing sinks in my kitchen, far, bathroom, and laundry room. He provided some materials at a very competitive price, and also used some that I provided. Flooring included porcelain wood tile, porcelain travertine, and engineered hardwood. Some baseboards needed to wrap around my curved staircase. Every element of the work was first rate, completed to perfection. We ran into a couple unexpected difficulties (as happens)—Mike took them in stride and everything was resolved very quickly and fairly. He and his workers were all true professionals. Everything was completed according to schedule. He’s honest, dedicated to excellence, very positive, and a great communicator. I’m so glad I contracted Mike and would do it again in a minute.

I had the flooring in my entire house demolished and vinyl flooring and new baseboards installed throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The price was about $5000 less than another place in town and it included so much more (painting baseboards and moving furniture). The crew was professional, courteous, hard working, and detailed-oriented. I am thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Absolute Best Flooring.

We recently got new vinyl plank floor and it looks amazing! They completed it all in one day, had a great crew and put everything back where it was supposed to go. The owner and everyone in the office was so helpful and worked with us even though we had a few personal hiccups that delayed the installation a couple months. Highly recommend this company! I had purchased 900 sq ft of flooring from "LOWES" and the floors did not even last a year. Tried to use the warranty and Lowes and the flooring company denied the claim and said it was the my fault. The flooring was coming up and started to peel. We followed the guidelines from Lowes and yet they turned their back on me. I lost $4,000 by doing business with LOWES.

We had floors installed through Absolute Best Flooring in 2020. (They were wonderful and professional through that whole experience). Fast forward to 2023, our fridge had a slow leak in the water line and it damaged part of our floors. Mike really helped us out and made sure that we were able to get the floors fixed and changed as soon as possible. I cannot recommend them enough!

My family and I have used Absolute Best Flooring for several years now. My first experience with Mike was an investment property. I had them redo my carpets. I wanted a really good price on just cheap carpets. They did an amazing job, even at the lowest price in town they still cut no corners. So now I used them for my personal home. Had every inch of the house done. Removed old tile and put down very high end laminate, carpets and baseboards. I couldn’t be happier. They even rebuilt our stairs and it looks amazing. Highly recommend!

Absolute Best Flooring has the absolute best with everything from quality of material to workmanship of job including tear out and clean up. We have used them for 3 major jobs. A tear out and remodel of our living spaces and kitchen counters and island was done with beautiful waterproof vinyl flooring and granite countertops and island, which included remodeling so our new appliances would fit, and added a desk top as well. The finished product came out beautiful and really gave our house a whole new updated and modern feeling. We were so impressed and happy with their work that our mom decided to remodel her house and Absolute Best Flooring came out and replaced her carpet, tile flooring, and countertops. The final outcome was lovely. We recently had our carpet replaced with new in our bedrooms and took the carpet out of of master bath and replaced with vinyl planks. Again, everything came out beautiful.

This company was great to begin with. The shopping and planning went very smoothly. I was a little hesitant when it came installation day. 😬 But WOW!! The work that was done. Was Absolutely Amazing!! The guys moved my furniture. And put it all back when finished. They cleaned up immaculately! I didn’t think this job could be done in 1 day! They knocked it out in 7 hours. I highly recommend this company!!

Mike & Joe did our complete carpeting job of 2,200 square feet and stairs. Very high quality carpet and thick padding at absolutely the best pricing. This is our 5th home, as we are seniors and this is the "Best Carpeting"
we have ever had installed. The job took 2 full days and the installation was smooth. Very professional hard working and competent installers made our home feel like a "Model Home" when it comes to our Carpeting. I showed our New Carpeting to our next door neighbor and she said she paid over triple to a big box outfit for a similar amount of carpeting and wasn't very satisfied with the installers and the job. Mike and Joe go the extra Mile to make sure you get the Best Service and Flooring in our opinion. I had my house refloored 3 months ago. I wanted to wait a bit for everything to settle in before I posted a review.
Mike came to my house, did the measurements. Shortly after that, he had all the numbers and we agreed on price and date to do the floors.
His guys were at my house when I was told they would be there. They offer to move furniture if you can't do it yourself, but I had moved most of my furniture into the garage. So we just talked for a bit and then they hit the floor running!
The job was completed EARLIER than planned, which was Great! When I say completed, I mean work done, house clean. They even did some extra work, which I didn't expect but very much appreciated!
All in all, I am one very satisfied customer. I would highly recommend Absolute Best Flooring.👍

Absolute Best Flooring is the Best. Everything they promised they did. I love my new vinyl flooring. The insulators Rafael and Mario were professional, on time and did a terrific job. I got 4 estimates before committing to Absolute Flooring. They had the best prices and customer service. I highly recommend them.

Mike, Juan, and all the guys at AB Flooring are GREAT! We did almost a whole house remodel to include Kitchen Backsplash and countertops, Fireplace tiles and laminate flooring throughout the whole house. GREAT price, always on time with their commitment and when we realized we made a mistake on tile, Mike worked with us to get the right tile and replaced. Mike and the guys went out of their way to make sure we were happy and what we wanted is what we got! I am already planning the next phase of the remodel and will be using AB Flooring again for that!

Since my initial, positive, review of Absolute Best Flooring, I have used them to install flooring from their showroom. This place is amazing. They gave me a great quote to re-floor my entire hoe; they even came out and measured everything for me. I was choosing different laminate floors and I couldn't be happier with my selection. They are a great family run business, and answered all my questions on laminate and tile flooring. They even had my flooring ready early for me! Such a large and great selection, I recommend them highly!
