From the 1st day when we met Casey at the shop he made us feel like we can trust DSG business. He walked us through the process, line items & exactly what to expect from start to finish. Casey & Elijah checked in on the progress of the work consistently. The installers have decades of experience. The installers are true mathematicians the way they laid the tile to ensure a consistent flow which was not easy to accomplish in a home so complex like ours. Overall, a highly recommended DSG.

If I could give this flooring company 10 stars, I would! From the staff to the installation crew…extremely helpful, patient and very professional! The quality of work is phenomenal along with great prices!! Casey was amazing at helping me decide on the LVP and I’m so glad I listened to him. ! We did my entire house and it’s absolutely gorgeous! I called several flooring businesses for estimates and DGS was the most affordable and had the color we were looking for. The crew DGS sent did an exceptional job on with the vinyl plank. They made sure they left our areas clean and free of any debris. They very professional and kept me informed of their progress. It only took 3 days to complete our loft and stairs. Even after the job was finished, I noticed some unpainted areas when the carpet was pulled up and the plank was laid which was not a part of their job but the owner Danny came back himself and touched up the spots! KC the salesman was also great, we literally talked for a couple of hrs! Thanks DGS! I will be calling when I'm ready for our bathroom to be remodeled!

Call them, got an estimate on Tuesday.. job was done by Friday!! They gave an estimate of 4 hours for the work to be done but they were done in 2 hours. Great quality of carpet and very professional and great pricing!!! I love them!

Super impressed. DSG not only found us the perfect floor at a reasonable price, they sent a true, professional installer. Casey was flawless. Immaculate install from prep to cleanup. And his customer service skills are second to none. He was friendly and put us at ease while having him in our home. This company went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to getting my house recarpeted and the flooring in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry room redone with beautiful tile. The washing machine took a turn for the worst when it overflowed and flooded two bedrooms and kitchen bathroom and laundry room. We were kinda forced to stay at a hotel for the month that our house was getting repaired. They came in at the most crucial time and saved us a ton of money by quoting the job lower than I expected and did grade A work. Win, win if you ask me!!! Highly recommended!!

Danny's team helped us pick out awesome laminate and tile for our new home here in West Lancaster. His team did tile in all the bathrooms and laminate throughout, a total of 3,100 sq ft plus upgraded baseboards all in 2 weeks. We were very impressed with their work, the friendliness of the installers, and Danny's prices. Highly recommend!
