I came into the store yesterday, 08/06, around 5pm to be greeted to the manager, Heather, screaming at her employees. She needs a refresher on managerial skills because this is not the first time I’ve witnessed her being verbally abusive and demeaning toward them. This was in front of customers, so I can only imagine how she speaks behind closed doors. She should be ashamed of herself.

I came in yesterday 08/06 about 4:50 pm and the store manager Heather was literally screaming at her employees. She needs to learn how to talk to them and be a better person. This is definitely NOT the first time I’ve heard this from her. She is also very rude to the customers.

The store is always nice and put together, but I was in the store on 8/06 around 4:55pm, and I also heard the manager yelling at her employees. Not all of them just a few in particular. It wasn’t the first time I’ve heard it either. Very rude, and unprofessional this type of behavior needs to be stopped.
