I am so excited to share about my experience with Fox Ridge Computers! Rachelle and Samuel were the MOST amazing people to work with! This place holds themselves to the highest standard and provides integrity to their customers. They took multiple routes, without charging me extra, to fix my iPhone and I am so excited that Murray, KY has such a dependable, trustworthy repair shop! I will come back to Fox Ridge for everything moving forward! The best customer service I have ever received!! Thank you Fox Ridge Computers!

Took laptop in for repair due to it being so slow it was unusable. Fox Ridge did an excellent job with customer service and the repair. Laptop runs better than it did when I first bought it.

I blamed my computer's ridiculously slow boot up on a startup menu needing streamlining. I blamed my computer's slow response time on my internet connection. I took my laptop here as it was running very slowly and wouldn't hold a charge. Samuel was very quick to find out what was wrong and was able to explain everything about what he thought would help it and why. Once the parts were in, my laptop was running better than ever.
The entire service was done at a cost better than what I was expecting and everyone I talked to was very friendly.

First rate service at Fox Ridge Computers in Murray, Ky! I took my laptop in because the battery had died and Rachelle ordered a replacement. She had it within a couple of days, called me and replaced the battery the day I brought the computer back to the shop!

After 3.5 years of calling tech support for issues with my laptop only to have NO resolution for these issues, I decided I was done and no longer cared about my warranty. I took my laptop to Fox Ridge and explained what all was going on. Rachelle immediately began telling what all could be going on and what she could do to double check the issues. She suggested three issues that could be causing the performance issues. I was also given an estimate of what my bill could be. Once the issues were determined, I received a phone call with a full explanation of what was needed and an estimated bill. I received email updates to let me know that parts had been ordered, when they were received, when they were installed, and exactly what my final bill would be. She also called me to tell me that my laptop was ready to be picked up. Everything was again explained to me when I picked my laptop up. I cannot recommend Fox Ridge enough. Their staff is very friendly and very detailed with all their information. I felt that they really wanted me to be satisfied with the work they had done on my laptop.

Very professional. Quick response. Fixed my Windows issue and had me up and running the next morning. Obviously hardware issues requiring parts will take longer.

These guys are for real. NOT a store front staffed with amateur hackers commonly seen in this industry.

Update;
So so not have them repair an Apple device. They have no access to Apple parts and off brand parts (screen, battery, etc.) will create all sorts of error messages on your device.

Go to Best Buy for those issues.

I was having significant problems with my laptop. I took it to Fox Ridge Computers for repair during lunch. Rachelle called me before the end of the day to let me know what the issue was, how she could fix it, and the cost. The next morning it was repaired and is now working perfectly. Thank you Rachelle and Fox Ridge Computers for your prompt and professional assistance with my computer. I will be back when another problem arises.
