Great company…. Very professional… Very fast and Quality service…. Friendly and courteous employees…. I do highly, highly recommend them for your garage door needs… We had an inoperable garage door, with a car trapped inside. Called Precision, Mary schedule someone to come 8-10am the next day (on a Sunday). The tech, Robert, called before arriving on time to confirm. Performed the repair and overhauled all old and worn components, quickly and professionally. Our door works again and now quieter than before too thanks to nylon rollers and all hinges lubricated.. Thank you Mary and Robert for making this urgent repair quick and done right… Thank you Precision for being there when I need you…

First time customer. I phoned and spoke with a wonderful young lady named Mary. I advised her of my unexpected situation concerning my garage door. Mary presented a; I am happy to help attitude. Her disposition when I was speaking with her made it an enjoyable conversation. In short, she assured me the work could be done today and would have a technician there within 2 hours. It was not long Robert the Technician phoned, advising me he was on the way. Upon meeting Robert, he assessed and advised of what needed to be done. Terms were met and Robert performed the work. Robert displayed confidently he knew what he was doing. His technical expertise and people skills displayed Precision Garage Door in a positive light. Excellent service! Was able to schedule an appointment quickly, A representative answered the phone, and I was able to schedule my appointment. Did not have to leave a message on an answering machine. The technician, Tony Martino, was professional, completed the repair in a timely manner, and I am very pleased with the results. He diagnosed the problem immediately, and repaired it, while keeping me informed as to what he was doing. Within a few hours, you would never even know that I had a repair. Everything was clean and back in order. I definitely would recommend PRECISION!

Wife and I arrived at our beach house after a long drive from Va. the garage door electronics had been fried by lightning while we were gone. Upon calling April with Precision Door Service Michael Davis arrived within the hour and totally replaced the entire opening system and mechanism in 2 hours. Outstanding work!! We had a great experience with Precision Door. After a lightening strike took out both of our openers, we contacted Precision Door. They responded to us within an hour and Clint was a fantastic technician. It took a couple hours to replace both openers and everything was left clean. In addition the Home Link opener in my car was set for me. I could not be happier.

We were caught in middle way with our door broken down on a Saturday Eve!! Cables broke and couldn’t budge it. Got online. Report the problem at 5:30 pm. Said a tech would be here between 8-10 pm. He arrived at 6:10. Said what needed to happen gave an estimate. He got into action and was finished by 7:30 and everything was perfect. Thank you Nate. Was extremely pleased and happy with Mike my technician from Precision Garage Door. He was honest, went over n explained everything, wasn’t pushy and completed the job the same day with no mess left at all. Just a nice quiet new motor, new springs, rollers, sensors and keypad and most of all peace of mind not worrying when my old garage door opener will stop working. Yesterday evening our garage door suddenly stopped lifting. We called in the late afternoon to schedule the repair. Luckily we secured an appointment the very next day (for the morning). Mike Marro was sent to our home to help us out. He was prompt (even early), courteous & well knowledged. We ended up replacing the opener, which took about 1.5 hours.
We highly recommend this company, especially Mike!

This was a first for us and we were quite nervous about pricing and details on what was going to need to be done. I snapped my center rail and really just needed to replace the motor. Got a brand new center trolly rail, motor, two new floor sensors, two remotes and wall pads. My technician, Michael was very customer friendly, and time efficient! Called before arriving early..my fav!! And got the job done quick. Was very thorough in explaining what was done and how to work it, ALSO gave me a quote on a future fix of another wearing item. Called at 12:30 noon on a Saturday. Was able to get an appointment for that night 6-8pm. But technician was able to come earlier at 4. He checked everything, went over the problem, the repair/replacement options. Was more expensive than had thought. But I understood where the cost was so I approved the services, and it was done, fixed and upgraded in a couple hours.

The scheduler who answered the phone was very pleasant and professional. She offered me an appointment the same day, in the evening, which was perfect for us. Michael, the technician, called to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he inspected our system, identified the issues, provided a quote (which we accepted) and completed the job within 2 hours. The experience was outstanding in every way!

Precision's technician (Mike) did an absolutely amazing job with this non-typical repair. My garage door has never worked so smoothly.....so much so that it is almost silent during operation. Should there be any more issues down the road.....I will definitely call Precision Garage Door!

The installation team from Precision Garage Door was prompt, courteous and professional. They did a wonderful job removing our old door and installing the new door. It was extremely hot but it never seemed to stop them in their process.

A piece of our garage door broke. I called precision to come and take a look. Around 12, they told me between 4-6pm. Michael called shortly after and said he could come sooner. I had someone let him in and by the time I got home from work, everything was fixed! Not only did he fix the broken part but he also tuned it and it runs so much smoother and quieter! Michael was very professional and friendly! I highly recommend him for any job.

Side note, I called another company before them and they didn’t even bother coming out to look at it. They asked for a picture and then told me “oh yea you need to replace the entire door, not just the piece broken” so precision saved me alot of money and they were honest! I appreciate it!

I used their chat feature to schedule an appointment yesterday afternoon, and Mike was here first thing this morning. After a thorough explanation of the work to be done, Mike completed the work in about an hour. Our garage door is back up and running and is much quieter than before. Excellent job!

He arrived in a clearly marked truck, wearing a company shirt. These all helped make a single woman feel safe. Clint looked at my doors & we discussed options. We are just moving into our retirement home and realized the garage door needs a tune up. Fortunately I received a coupon flyer from Precision and decided to take them up on the deal for just that.

If you can score Cody Mullins as your serviceman, you’re in for a treat! He was fantastic- friendly, while talking me through all my options, explaining things clearly and going out of his way to help program our remotes. When he was finished our door is almost as good as new.

Technician arrived early. Explained what he needed to do, answered questions that had and even diagnosed problem that I had paid double to a previous technician and he didn’t correct the problem and wanted even more money for. I called him, he asked me to text him but still waiting on response.
Precision Garage was able to give me a next day appointment, technician promptly diagnosed and fixed problems.
