Wonderfully helpful bar tender. Great selection of German style beers and the beer garden was large and peaceful. Final selection was the Red Headed Stepchild with strawberry jam undertones and worked for me.

Beer. I could leave it at that but i will add good and tasty. The place is nice. Indoor and outdoor options. Plenty on the menu and all were accurate and enjoyable. Bartender was cool and funny. Stop in. It is worth it

I had the best time at this place with my best friend Lauren. We enjoyed the beer & had the most amazing bartender Helene . She was so knowledgeable and helpful with the different types of beers and great with the recommendations! Lauren really loves beer & this is her new favorite spot for a pint after work! Can’t wait to catch up with Helene next time we visit!

Visited during their Maifest celebration and the entertainment was a lot of fun! Good beer - recommend the heffenweizen.

What a great space with a good variety of beers and signature drinks to please all. There are snacks to buy and you’re allowed to bring in food. The outdoor space is immense and with the games we brought and activities on site it was a great visit. Staff were all kind, as well. We’ll be back!

This place is positively awesome because you can truly unwind and relax. There are things for the kids to enjoy while you enjoy drinks and entertainment. They allow you to bring in or order in your own food.

The area is spacious so you are not in top of anyone. The staff is friendly and attentive. The beer selection has a good variety for all tastes.

Great place with a really great atmosphere! Lots of games and great beers. We came on a cold rainy day but the outside area looked like it was a good time on a nicer day! Would definitely come back for sure!

Went there to celebrate Alpine Fest 2024. Had a blast with the games and the beers.

We hosted a wedding shower at Buffalo Creek Brewing and our experience was outstanding. Mike answered all my 3000 questions leading up to the event quickly and the staff was helpful at all times. The event area was perfect for our group; Helene our server for the event took such good care of us - nobody had an empty drink the whole time. The only thing that would have been better is if we could have taken advantage of the outside area, but it was January and a blizzard went through the day before. I highly recommend them for your next event.

Nice variety of beer, no food menu, outdoor seating, kids allowed, some area for kids to play, firewood at evening, food truck with Mexican food, live music on weekends!

If you haven't been to the downtown area of Long Grove, you better check it out! Buffalo Creek Brewing is a hidden gem. They have a great beer list, including seasonal brews and seltzers for non-beer drinkers. They have snacks but you have the option to order food from local restaurants. Warmer months are approaching and food trucks come by. Live music is always nice to sit back and enjoy. Lastly, Mike and his staff provide great customer service and always have people coming back!

Really a Hidden Gem in the Northern Suburbs. Beer, Awesome. Patio, Awesome. Biergarten, Awesome.
They don't have food, But encourage you to bring your own. And they also have food trucks. AAAAA Experience.

I held a dinner and bought out Buffalo Creek for the evening back in November. The brewery was nicely decorated for the event by the brewery staff. Bartenders were outstanding getting orders taken in a timely manner, if no one was ordering from the bar the staff would walk around and take orders from the tables as well as pick up empty glasses. Very nice small town, local brewery feel.

I visited the brewery today as part of the wort rally held by Perfect brewing supply. The rally benefits the Northern Illinois food bank. The brewery supplied the wort for homebrewers to ferment or to completion. I was very impressed with the beers as well as the bar tenders. Wishing you continued success

This is a unique brewery, sublime beer, awesome team!

We found about this place when looking for a venue for our wedding reception. It was a perfect venue for us, we wanted something unique, charming, around nature, with brewery and rustic vibes. You can feel they put a lot of thought into every detail at this brewery – from every beer to decorations and space functionality as well. The atmosphere there is very friendly, the staff is awesome, they are always very attentive and helpful, they did so much for us, for our reception, we couldn’t wish for a better place and team.

This brewery has a very diverse selection of beer, it all tastes fantastic! My personal favorite is “Son of a Peach”(love sour beer), and I can’t wait for their Russian Imperial Stouts in November! It’s awesome to spend time here, and also, it’s dog friendly!

Great brews and service! Be sure to check out their outdoor area with fire pits during the winter months. Dog friendly as well.

Wonderful day great beer,bags and a band. We ordered pizza shared it on the patio while enjoying a variety of craft beers. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and umbrellas to keep the sun ( and the rain) off.

Editing a poor review from a few years ago: So Buffalo Creek had been a go-to place for my wife and I until a couple of years ago when a very, very unpleasant experience turned us off. On Saturday we decided to give them another shot because we still had a pretty hefty remaining balance on a gift card we were planning to use on the previous visit a few years ago. They've TOTALLY redeemed themselves. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly but the beer was also good. It was even nice enough where we were able to sit outside for a bit. I look forward to visiting again and sitting outside in the summer.
