AMAZING!!!! The business computer was acting up. Not only is it better than ever now but we were only without it for about 8 hours. All the content we had on it remained and in its rightful place. Mr. Knight had my cooling system repaired in a matter of about an hour. From drop off time to pick up, literally only a couple hours. Insanely fast service. Friendly and straight up service, felt the price was low for how quickly I was serviced. Even was nice enough to carry the PC to and from the car. 10/10 - don't go anywhere but here for friendly, fast and reliable service!! Gamers, you matter here!! 🤣👍🏻👍🏻

Called around to price check getting my laptop screen fixed and he had the best reviews and price. When I brought it up to him he had book marked my part from the call and had it fixed in the time frame he said he would, not to mention working with me having transportation and phone issues to come get the laptop. Best service for the best price and quick. I know I will definitely be returning to him!

I recently dropped the computer off that was having issues that I just could not figure out. Not only were they polite and courteous at Knight technologies their knowledge and know how improve the capabilities of my computer for better than I could have possibly done. Terry Knight Is a knowledgeable and very capable technician. I was extremely pleased and surprised that he was able to recover EVERYTHING on and old PC that had extremely important programs and files on it including my business files. I have an office in Atlanta and if I have any serious problems there I will pack the computer in the car and drive to see Terry at Knight Computer Technologies in Panama City. I have never posted, a review before but the speed, quality of work and reasonable prices made it important to communicate. He is a nice guy as well.

I came in with a broken laptop screen, within minutes he was able to find a replacement. He told me the price would be about the same as if I bought a refurbished laptop but still offered to order the part and repair it. When I said I would buy a refurbished one he gave me recommendations on where to find one reliably. I cannot recommend this business enough and will be back if I ever have another issue.

If I could give 10 ⭐ I would. From the first call and in between with MANY questions and until I met up with Terry/Knight Computers 48 hrs later, I received fast efficient advice & customer service that I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again for future repairs.

To say Terry is PHENOMENAL is an understatement! Knight Computer Technologies was at our business the day after I contacted him. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and took care of all our issues and more. Terry let us know the pricing up front and was quick to do the work needed. I remember his old storefront on 98 and used him while there many years ago, but now he operates from home and is just as great, if not better! Undoubtedly our go-to from now on!!! Terry's a great guy and very professional. I have seen him twice for computer issues and he's helped me rebuild my rig and it's running beautifully. He's very knowledgeable and always willing to go out of his way to make sure you're taken care of.

They are extremely fast and friendly here. I have been to other places and It would take weeks to get my computer back. I got mine back the same day by going here and paid 1/2 the price then before. They didn't ask me to buy some expensive protection plan either. His work was just all guaranteed! I would highly recommend going here!

He said everything I needed to hear. I bit off more than I can chew with a custom build. I dropped off a box of pieces. I'm sure this is not how he really wants to handle a build but I'm grateful he was willing to take it on.

Knight Computer Technologies has great service. Our company always takes our Macs to them when we have an issue and they are always very helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them to anyone in our area who has a computer issue. Always fair and very skilled.

We were having problems with my son's Alienware laptop, did everything we knew we could, but couldn't get it going so after checking the reviews of several computer repair shops, I I decided to call these guys, I I explained to them what was going on and they were very friendly and professional on the phone so I decided to take it to them. I dropped it off and received a call the very next day telling me what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix it, I went ahead and gave them the ok to fix it and they got it done in a very timely manner. Not only is this a computer repair shop, but they also sell laptops and PCs. I cannot say enough good things about these guys, they are fast, friendly, reasonable and professional. I will definitely be using these guys in the future for all of my computer repairs!

These guys really know their stuff. I had the blue screen of death on my Windows 10 laptop after a Windows 10 update. Windows wasn't able to fix itself so I took it to Knight and had them extract files, clean and set up hard drive. They were able to reuse the hard drive which saved a lot of money. Kudos for the quick service.

Don't waste your time taking your computer issues to Best Buy and the Geek Squad. You'll get half the effort and twice the cost. Knight Computer Technologies was able to help me with what I needed in minimal time and cost. I highly recommend anyone with computer issues go here, period!!!

Took my computer to many other places and he was the only one to fix it the RIGHT way and tell me what was wrong with it. His prices are reasonable and cheaper than others. Very friendly and smart staff. Bring your computers to these guys, they know what they're doing!

Mr knight was professional knowledgeable and quick. He diagnosed my problem in about 3 hours gave me a correct part number to fix the problem. He knows what he is doing. Highly reccomend!!!
