I want to thank: Dan, Alicia, and Shelby for taking great care of my vehicle. I am recovering from serious health issues. Dan told me focus on myself and to let them focus on the vehicle. I had a long list of things I wanted them to work on. I was told what products needed for each job and how they were used, broke down pricing for each job, and more importantly to me explained why the work needed to be done. There was no surprise pricing. There are still honest and kind people in the business world. Thank you 🙏

The whole process was a breeze start to finish. This was our first time having an accident and using insurance and Shelby made it easy and kept us informed. She was extremely personable and very easy to work with.

Alicia and Sara were fantastic! Service was quick and very well done. Communication was also up to date each step of the way and they were super friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this place to others and would go with them again if I needed any other work done.

Came back a 2nd time to get my decal stuck on. Chris did a great job with it, explained a couple things, and was friendly. Always great service here!

The process for getting the repairs done was quick and easy. The customer service was great. I had all my questions answered, and the work done was outstanding!

They turned my accident damage on my new car back into the original new car look. Everybody from customer service kept me well informed of my cars finish date. Would return if I get any further damage to my car!

I may not have had any work done on vehicle considering it was totalled, but when I went there to clean it out everyone was super nice about it and very helpful.

Wasn't sure what services to check. My car was scraped from one end to the other on the passenger side and all the panels had to be replaced or at least repaired. It was there for 3 weeks, but they made everything smooth and easy. Joe was a pleasure to meet and made me feel so much more relaxed after being in that accident. He and the others at Caliber did a great job.

I would give 10 stars if that were an option! Being in an accident is so stressful, Caliber Collision made the entire repair process easy and pleasant from start to finish. Edwin called to inform me of the repairs and told me the estimated time that my car would be there. He then followed up during the process with texts to keep me posted on the progress. My car looks great! I highly recommend this location!

Picked up my car this morning. Everything was done and handled professionally. And the whole process was made easy by Sara. She called or texted me at least 2 times a week and explained what was going on with my vehicle the whole time. Also they allowed me to come in before they opened to pick up my car 🚗.

Everyone there was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I appreciated all the updates on my car and even though it took longer than expected, the communication was there not just with me but with the insurance and rental company to make the experience seamless and less stressful for me.

Took my car in after a minor collision and it was ready 3 days before it was supposed to be. Amazing work, amazing customer service.

Quick and efficient. My car was ready within a week, originally was supposed to be two weeks. Car looks and running like it was new.
