Excellent service from employees. I own my own business and send 5-50 packages a day. I have never had a problem that occurred at this office. As well as 16 years of personal use. Employees are polite, informed and efficient. Great job !! And Thank you!!

I've lived in the Salem area for the last 30 years, and I have never had a problem with mail delivery. In fact my delivery lady goes out of her way to make sure any packages that I receive are in a safe place. We've had excellent postal delivery people for as long as I've lived here.

I ship and receive a ton of stuff and have never had a problem. They do exactly what they say they'll do. They've answered questions in the office and the lady that typically delivers for us has been great. Much better than the PO in Bristol or Downtown Kenosha.

I have gone to this a few times and other than showing up when it was closed during lunch hour I had no issues. The person behind the desk was very competent and fast at what they do.

People here have always been polite, helpful, and good by me

I just popped in to get some tax bills hand-stamped and canceled ... the clerk was very helpful and friendly despite the extra time it took to do this.

The staff that works here is very helpful.

The women that work there are very rude and seem to always be in bad moods. One of the drivers said they tried to deliver my package, even though I was home. They never rang the bell or left a notice. So I called and asked to see if they could check if it was there, and the one women there said they would call back and never did. The whole place is just terrible. I dred every single moment I have to go in.

I have a post box and a forwarding address to that PO box and I still get no mail. They have sent back packages I told them would be coming in, hell they sent back my W2. NOT LIKE THAT IS IMPOSTANT OR ANYTHING!

My story is the same as others. The hours are posted on the door... Apparently those are ballpark figures. Once inside you'll be greeted by "rude and ruder" I've had issues with delivery since moving into my home. I'll go 5 days with nothing. Then magically, there's a pile of mail. Other times delivery is fine. Sometimes my neighbor brings me a stack. This hasn't changed in four years. I've complained, questioned to no avail. I'm told "Kirby says he delivered a Red Plum the other day." Oh really!? Kirby knows exactly what he delivered and to who? Consider this a bad review. Update... Though it's a regular weekday Kirby doesn't like to pick up the mail you left in your mailbox...WITH THE FLAG UP. 3rd time now.

So, for the past 4 years EVERYTHING I get online (larger boxes, small packages) gets left on the doorstep. Great. It's covered. Nothing gets damaged. Today, I'm expecting a package. I check the tracking. It's out for delivery. Then... Then I see tracking says 'notice left, no secure location' Salem Post Office... Please make up your mind. Two weeks ago, I had 12 boxes delivered. Now you won't leave one box?

Another fabulous experience my friends... Small package... Got a charm necklace for my daughter. I see the mail truck leaving my driveway on. Saturday afternoon. Nobody knocked or rang the bell. Notice says undeliverable. I go there to pick it up half expecting the joint to be closed in the middle of the day. Mr postal worker takes my ticket inspects it... Front, back, front, back... Walks off mumbling. Comes back. Can't scan the barcode. Somehow this is my fault. Go in the back again. Shuffle through papers. Mumble. Returns. Clearly annoyed.. I sign the box and get my package. Easily 10/15 minutes. Ridiculous!

THE WORST! Guy kept squeezing and smashing a musical card I was sending to my Dad. Found out he broke it! They ALWAYS overcharge, are Always rude. I have baby chicks coming and am scared to death of how they will treat them. I'm going to sit and wait for the truck b4 they enter the postoffice to intervene b4 they can mess with them. TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!!!

BEWARE: counter hours are different than what's posted online! Seriously, how do they expect to anyone to get their business done when they're only open 8:30-4:30 during the week?? Oh and font forget about the fact that they're also closed over the lunch hour...

Horrible mail delivery in the Montgomery Lake area. I have the same street number as a neighbor 2 blocks away and CONSTANTLY get their mail, yet mine goes missing at times. I have complained numerous time, to no avail. Postmaster is NEVER there to talk with. I just don't understand such poor service !!

This is genuinely the worst post office I have ever been to. the staff is extremely rude and often overcharges or gives false information. I go out of my way to avoid this post office and go anywhere else.

That's not a parking space for mail carrier trucks in front of the mailbox drop off! #4307324 Please show some respect. There are people who can't walk as well as you.

The post master at this location is extremely rude! Not helpful whatsoever!! Really want to figure out how to file a complaint.

Trash. Could not even get a response via phone call when I called. All I heard was "please hold" sat on hold for 20 minutes, and nothing. Pathetic.
