Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill

A rare 5/5! High quality food with a large selection of portions and prices. Certain elements can be hit or miss (sauce, portion vs price, etc.) but the food itself will still be quality. My favorite was the steak rolls, little cut up cheesy Jamaican beef patties & a tangy dipping sauce, it could qualify as an entree 100%.
Service was great, our server (Jacob H.) was nice, professional, quick, and attentive.
The vibe of the restaurant was chill but fancy, our table had a good amount of room and the chairs were comfy & accessible.

Food was perfect, everything that was ordered for the table was great. Steak and biscuits is what I had as an Entree with and extra side of smoked Gouda Mac and cheese. Steak biscuits and fries were great, Mac and cheese was ok. I will visit again when we come back to town

I just love Stoney River… I usually get the same thing every time because it’s just that good… and i’m so boring lol.. Before I start their dinner rolls are amazing ‼ So you really can’t go wrong with the Steak Right???? I always get mines well done It was yummmmyyyy and it’s never dry very juicy.. the grilled shrimp… omg their big and their seasoned good.. My daughter always get the Salmon on the plank with her mashed potatoes and broccoli.. And We both had the lemon drop mojitos ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👌🏽👌🏽Thank you so much for my birthday card!

Went for a date night had a great time. Service was amazing. Food came out quick and was very delicious. Also accommodating to kids as they had a kid menu would definitely go again.

The food was great but what really stood out is the service, Jacob was very attentive and pleasant. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in on us frequently. He made date night very enjoyable.

We had a great time here for our Valentine's dinner. The food was suberb. We got the prime rib, chicken biscuits, steak rolls, crab cake and sweet potato casserole. Everything was so good, it's hard to pick a fav.

Honestly wasn’t expecting such a fabulous meal from a chain but the Coffee Steak was incredible and the salad. They also give huge portions for the salad and dessert. Dessert was the only thing that was ehh okay. But our waitress was amazing. Atmosphere could use some more art or vibes.

Out and about with a colleague. We discussed business and ate great food at Stoney River Steakhouse. The food was great. I enjoyed the Fried Shrimp entree.
The service was great. The atmosphere is great for business meetings.

Service is always excellent. Prices are reasonable. Quality and tasty food options. Ambience, temperature and lighting have always been perfect for more intimate conversations vs others where the noise level can be a bit much.

A great spot for business conversations or family.

I especially like the attention to detail like bringing a weighted knife when ordering the prime rib sandwich.

This was simply a surprisingly great dinner experience! First, the bread... Oh My Goodness! That's all that needs to be said about that. Everything on my plate for this meal was super flavorful! That is one of the largest pieces of Halibut I have ever had, and each bite was just as great as the first. The service at the restaurant is outstanding. Everyone is very friendly, engaging, and just a lot of fun to talk to. They are attentive, but not overbearing. The restaurant has a solid vibe and it is very clean. My first trip to Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill was definitely a grand slam! I highly recommend this restaurant when you visit the Atlanta area!

Great experience. I have never had a bad meal here. My wife got the pecan crusted trout, which was amazing. I got the lemon butter snapper, which was tasty as well. The portion sizes a good too. Smoked gouda mac & cheese is awesome. Mashed potatoes are old school style and creamy. The rolls they bring out before dinner taste so good. You cant go wrong here. It is a great restaurant and I will be back.

I live in Kansas City now, so I have not been to Stoney River for several years....I brought my Mom there for her 81st Birthday and was So Very Impressed! I made my reservation online, making notes of my Mom's B~Day and the type of table & location I preferred...They read my notes and made the evening PERFECT...The Service was Great, the Food Excellent, and the Fireplace table location made our Experience Absolutely Perfect!

This restaurant doesn’t disappoint. I enjoyed my food immensely and it’s worth every penny. From the hot honey- tasting yeast rolls to the fall off the bone ribs, I have to say, I will return. The service was on point.

A nice blend of upscale and casual. We've come here for our last 2 anniversaries. More expensive than most, but you sure get what you pay for. Our go to for special occasions. We got the Deviled Eggs for our appetizer, then ordered the Petite Fillet Minion (7oz) with Au Gratin Potatoes, and the Coffee Cured Filet Mignon (10oz) with One Pound Baked Potato. We had made a reservation online and arrived a few minutes early, but were seated right away. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, melt on your mouth tender! Our appetizer was also excellent, but I suggest only ordering one if you're with 3 or more people, unless you're ok with taking half of your entree home. Our server Evan was very pleasant, fast, and kept us with fresh drinks.

*The drinks are SUPER strong if you like that (I had the Tequila Mockingbird)
*The Hot Chicken Biscuits are no joke (they are blazing spicy... too hot for my tastes)
*The spinach dip was fresh but could use more seasoning. I had to add salt.
*The ribs were good. Very large portion but could've used more sauce.
*The asparagus were overcooked
*The parmasan fries were good

Overall I'd definitely go back!

Very classy steak restaurant for a special night/date night. We tried and loved the steak rolls for appetizers. For dinner, both my husband and I ordered the coffee marinated filet and it was exquisite. The sides were just right as well and this time we brought our kids and they loved their kids' steaks.

Who doesn't love the poppyseed rolls?

The staff was so nice and classy as well. The servers' assistants are worth mentioning as well as the serving staff, as they are also friendly and helpful!

First time eating here and the food was AMAZING!! We got the French dip, stack cheeseburger, Steak rolls and the 4 layer chocolate cake. Also the staff was awesome and we will definitely be back.

Thank you for making our 20th anniversary meal so wonderful! From the moment we entered we felt taken care of with a special thanks to our server Garrett. I was able to make my reservation within the Google app which made this especially easy.

It’s been too long since we’ve eaten at Stoney River so we’d forgotten how consistently good the service and food are. We were greeted promptly, wished a happy anniversary and the. Taken to a table away from others and near the fireplace. Our server was at the table in under a minute and kept a constant loop to make sure we wanted for nothing.

The covid19 protocol was all in place including masks and social distancing. We felt totally safe.

Amazing experience. We came just as dinner service began to avoid any crowds. Our service was amazing and the food was delicious. We had starter of steak rolls, chicken biscuits then entrees, bistro chicken. Finally, chocolate cake for dessert. We also had two cocktails, a mojito and angel's revenge. Definitely recommend.
