I saw online AT was having a sale so I dropped into my closest store because I like to try things on before buying. The ladies working at this location were great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My husband was with me carrying my selections and the associate went out of her way to grab the clothes and prepare a fitting room for me without me even having to ask. I saw online that one of the skirts I bought was cheaper online and they price matched it no problem. Great service, I Will definitely return.

Sizable selections for petite size women which is hard to find in the Atlanta area. Great shopping experience with helpful and friendly staff members. Huge shout out to Veronica who assisted me in putting outfits together and made my shopping experience fast and easy especially for someone who doesn't like to spend alot of time shopping.

I love Ann Taylor! This brand is the best for work attire. The quality is amazing. Their clothes and Jewelry lasts years for me. I love their online store that shows "style this" options. Love the vibrant colors they choose for work attires, tailored suits, and dresses. I recommend this place also for casual clothing. Their sale is frequent and I usually get stuff from their sale.

Let me begin by giving 5 stars to East Cobb Ann Taylor- great clothes and amazing sales people. I have been shopping here for over 10 years. Secondly, I would like to comment on a review by Pamela Plemmons. I had to laugh at someone who feels so entitled- because rules don't apply to her, since she is so special. She states "one ever mentioned the strict return policy when I was checking out." First of all 45 days is not strict at all, actually it is quite liberal and please, the return policy is on the back of the receipt. Did she bother to look at it? It also clearly states that after 45 days she could get a merchandise credit or exchange. In plain English. She should be happy that even AFTER the 45 days she could still get store credit. Oh, but I forgot, she is special. She then called customer service and I bet she never told them it was AFTER 45 days, because the policy is very clear. She also states that it is a game- obviously it is a game to her. Let see if I yell and scream and throw a tantrum I can get what I want, even though I am in the wrong. BOO HOO!! Her time is more valuable, yes, I am sure since she spent so much time crying about how unfair the mean guy was to her, even though he followed store policy. She is totally done with Ann Taylor.....ha-ha, I am sure they are so happy to hear that! Move on and get a life!!
