Great facility! I feel safe. There are people there all the time that I am unloading and loading, which is often. It’s climate controlled, which is a bonus. I thought I left my wallet there, and the employees followed up with me to make sure I found it. Stellar Customer Service! Would highly recommend

Morgan was very friendly and had answers to all of our questions. She gave us a tour so we could confirm the units are clean and large enough for our needs. The facility was very clean, secure, climate controlled, and affordable for our budget. The unit was easy to access and it feels like a safe area overall. We loved that carts are available and elevators are large for our unit on an upper floor.

This is a great place if you need to store anything long term! They have deals you can do to help with costs the first few months, and the staff is incredibly friendly! I’ve never had an issue that wasn’t immediately fixed! The units are climate controlled and easy to access too!

Called for pricing on a unit recently while moving my brother into his new house. Kaitlyn was knowledgeable and extremely professional, along with fair. Easily the best customer service I’ve received recently.

Just wrapped up leasing a unit from Kaytlyn, she was super helpful and answered all of questions. The storage facility was very clean, well lit and has security. They provide a lot of different storage options and services for your stage needs.

I really enjoyed the easy to navigate online site. I was able to rent my storage unit from my house. When I checked in for my unit with the front desk agent Morgan she was very helpful, efficient, and kind in helping me get setup. I have appreciated the customer service and easy to access location of this new storage spot. I am very pleased!

Called today for some storage pricing. Tha young lady, Kaitlin was very helpful. You could absolutely hear her phones going crazy, yet she was 100% professional. She knows her stuff! Thanks for the help

Couldn’t say enough great things about Kaytlyn. She works at the front office (not the call center) and she was extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to help me after I was given the wrong size unit and ended up needing to be moved down the street. Highly recommend working with the local staff because they are polite, accommodating and overall friendly. Thank you Kaytlyn!!

When I first moved from Virginia, I knew nothing about where I would store my property, so I felt good about choosing life storage when I met Brandon .So had to store for the second time it was a no brainer. again, of course I chose extra space life storage because I knew what quality of service I was going to Receive with Brandon being the Manager of this facility. I was helped by someone I believe named Katelyn (sorry if spelled wrong) and she was really kind and helpful answering my questions and 5/5 on her customer service!
