Aman Roofing

I heard about Aman roofing because our church had some roofing done, and they were the lowest bidder. They did a great job on the church property. I am having some exterior remodeling done and the contractor gave me the name of a local guy that they work with. His estimate seemed high, so I called Aman. James came out and gave us an estimate that was considerably less and he seemed like a very nice guy. He coordinated with our contractor and the timing was perfect. They did a great job and were very conscientious to put down tarps and pick up all the debris. The roof looks great! Even our contractor was impressed. I would highly recommend Aman roofing.

Great experience working with James and the Aman crew. They quoted my siding project in a timely manner and got me scheduled quickly. Was very satisfied with the quality of work in a short amount of time. Overall great experience and skilled workers. And always great to support local!

The owner and workers were prompt went right to work as soon as they arrived. Roof was installed in under 2 days. Workmanship was thorough and the roof looks stunning from the road. They did a great job combing for loose nails as well. Definitely don't pass up Aman Roofing.

we knew we needed to replace our roof when we bought our mobile home in 2019.. we were hoping to at least get a few more years out of the roof, sadly that didnt happen.. a month ago we had a leak due to an ice dam.. we could not hold off till the spring.. i called 3 other roofing companies and all 3 either ignored me.. missed appointments or failed to care honestly.. seeing that Aman Roofing was located in Livonia i decided to try them.. absolutely glad i did! they came out that day.. cleared the ice dam.. gave me an estimate on replacing our roof.. (which was a great price) and put on gutters for free! they also shoveled our driveway while waiting for the roof estimate! how cool is that! their employees were courteous and friendly.. asked before making changes.. they cleaned up after installing the roof and best of all they were honest.. which is a hard thing to come by these days.. the pics below show the before and after of the roof install.. (mind you the original pic was taken a year prior) i highly recommend this company if you want professional work done to your home.. thank you James and crew!

Excellent value! I was uneasy when I received their quote that was significantly cheaper than competing quotes. I put off the job thinking I needed to save some more. However, after a visit to their office and a conversation with the owner, I went forward. Could not have been more pleased with their hard working crews’ work. Completed the job on time, and cleaned up completely. Saved a bundle and I am resting easy with that 5yr workmanship guarantee.

Can't recommend Aman enough! We had a pretty serious roof issue caused by ice damning, leaking and water damage inside the house. The roof repair had to be done quickly and properly to ensure that the other work/contractors could stay on schedule. James came out and quoted a few options for us to fix the problem. Once we decided on a option Aman was able to start work quickly.

The overall quality of the work was excellent. The crew that did the work were super friendly and professional. We were informed of what was being done and why each step of the project. Project started and finished on time.

Bottom line, if you want excellent quality work, fair price, and customer friendly/professional contractor Aman is the roofer.

We recently had Aman Roofing/M&G Gutters replace our roof. From the beginning working with James Aman was a refreshing experience. James was very patient as we (my wife & I) selected the roof and drip edge color. When we requested full size roof shingles for a side to side comparison James did not hesitate to promptly provide us with what we needed to make our final decision. In addition to a good selection roof colors, the assortment of drip edge colors to choose from was impressive. This was a tear-off job and what James outlined for us immediately was his commitment to protect my wife’s gardens in the front and back of the house. He was true to his word – the gardens were protected throughout the job. During the project James and his team had to keep eye on the weather due forecasted rain. It did rain mid-job, but his team had the roof appropriately buttoned up and the job continued the next day. James and his team were very easy to work with. They answered our all questions and quickly responded to any concerns we had. Has the work progressed his team cleaned up the debris on a continuing basis and on the final day a complete property cleanup was performed. The price James charged for this professional roof install was very fair. His team worked hard, I was impressed with them AND they worked in a safe manner. I have already recommended Aman Roofing/M&G Gutters to family members for their roofing needs. Great job James!

James was very quick to return my phone call about the estimate. He scheduled the estimate for the following day at noon and was ten minutes early! He got me on his Schedule for the following week to do the tear off! James and his crew showed up at 8am that Monday and got right to work! We called Aman Roofing after the a microburst and he was here the very next day. He replace our roof and two other buildings. Workers were her early and worked until all work done, cleaning up before leaving. We were very pleased with the work. I would recommend Aman Roofing to anyone.

James Aman and his crew did a wonderful job replacing our roof. They repaired damage that was there beforehand and made it right. They were respectful, nice, and showed up when they said they would be here. James answered all of our questions and concerns. They cleaned everything up as if they were never here. I was a total mess when I woke up to half of a tree through the roof over my living room. I had never had anything like this happen before and being an elderly woman that lives alone, it was all very overwhelming! I immediately started calling the first roofers that popped up in the search engine. After leaving two messages in a row, as it was pretty early in the morning, I really started to panick. Finally, on my third try, I reached James Aman. Thank goodness I decided to try again! James was polite and sympathetic and actually left another job immediately to come and access the damage. I was instantly comforted when he assured me he could fix it right away! James and his crew worked quickly and efficiently to repair my roof at a price that fit into my fixed income. If it wasn't for Aman Roofing I don't know what I would have done! They did such a great job, they should change their name to "Amen Roofing"! 😇 Thanks again, James!
