He put led headlights ,led fog lights in my 2022 Ram 1500 had problems with my fog lights and he went beyond his way to fix them but found out what it was doing was a safety factor.Can’t say anything but good about Audio Concepts.

He did a great job of installing a keyless remote entry for my car. Now I can start it from the kitchen and have it warm up. But no one can drive it away until I put the key in the ignition. Great job of installation, and he explained it very well to me, a non-tech person.

This is my second time coming here. First time to fix something a previous place messed up and the second time to fix a mess made to my previous viper. The owner is super knowledgeable, hard working, and obvious an amazing dad and husband. I wont ever go anywhere else to have my audio products installed.

I needed my old single sub enclosure and amp installed in my new truck. I called 6 different car audio places in Durham, Raleigh, and Burlington. I asked them all how much they would charge for install, how long it would take, and how soon they could do it. They all said $250, 3 hours, and I would have to schedule 2 weeks in advance.

Audio concepts did the job for half that price, it only took 2 hours, and they did it THAT day.

I will be recommending Audio Concepts to everyone I know who needs professional car audio work done. Celso did an awesome job and he was 100% professional and courteous.
