Randall was top notch in my customer service experience. He went above and beyond to make sure the food was hot and fresh and that's just how we like it. This experience alone will keep me coming back for years to come. Thanks to the team here in Graham NC

This is by far my favorite Taco Bell! I go out of my way and postpone stopping JUST to eat here! I kid you not! Great staff, well made food, and always quick! I rarely go inside, but if I did, I'm sure that would be 5 star too!

Quick service and friendly employee at the window! All additions and changes to my bowl were accommodated for. I put my order in through the app.

April 2024- I got the cantina chicken bowl. Love the addition of purple cabbage to the bowl. I had one ingredient I didn’t want but it was easy to remove. Love the new avocado verde sauce as well! Filling and pretty healthy overall for a fast food option. Ordered online and the service was quick and friendly.

The app would not allow me to order anything from the internet specials menu. The manager was very nice and helpful and let me have the internet special offer despite the malfunctioning app.

Come here often as it's a short drive. Very good, usually never have an issue and service is good.

AMAZING night shift service on 01/12/2024!! They were funny and kind! Definitely went the extra mile to make sure my Deluxe Box was made to my liking and everything was still fresh and warm even at the late hour of 1am!! Thank you to the crew that worked that evening!!!

Highly Recommended location. I was in and out in 3 minutes with correctly prepared food.

Drive thru operator was nice and attentive with a warm smile.

I was asked to pull around while the food was prepared. Wait time was about 7 minutes. That was reasonable for attractive looking Mexican pizza and hard shell tacos that were not just thrown together.

Will revisit time and time again.

I stopped midway through my trip to have lunch. I needed to get out of the driver's seat for a while. As I entered the lobby I noticed that they had 2 automated kiosks That you could import your order. However they only used cards and I had cash. The register wasn't ATTended so I had to waitFor the drive-through attendant to notice me and ring my order up. She was very nice. The place was very busy with Call in orders and drive-through. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes until I noticed that people that had come in after me were already getting their food. But still I didn't say anything I knew they were very busy. Then the drive-through lady that had waited on me noticed that I was still standing there. She went to see what was going on on the monitors. She found my order and saw that I hadn't been Served yet. She mentioned to the manager what had happened. The manager took care of me personally and delivered my food within a minute. When I sat down at the table I took out the 1st taco, I love their hardshell plain tacos. It appeared they tried to make it up to me. The meat was hot and fresh, the shell crispy, The lettuce fresh And an abundance of cheddar cheese. It also seemed to me that they used to larger taco shell. It was delicious. By far the best tacos I'd had at Taco Bell to date. I wasn't upset At The wait time. They were clearly very busy and accidents happen. They more than made it up to me.

I've been meaning to go here since I moved to the area in 2015. I usually miss the turn and then change my mind. I'm so glad I pulled my e brake and spun a 180 this time and bought 3 taco supremes. My life is so much better now. The customer service was amazing. The lady in the drive through made me feel like I was worth something and that my future still has hope. I love it here and I swear before I got here I had a headache in my stomach and it's gone now. I love taco bell now. I'll spend more money here and tell my loved ones to eat here.

I always love the fact that they close so late for whenever you’re craving the midnight snack haha. But anyway we got out of church super late and nothing was open anymore so we decided on Taco Bell and super delicious! The food was warm, and they gave us the food quite fast, we all got the #6 combo our personal favorite🙌🏻

Be very careful going through the drive-thru in a large truck. Don't even attempt it if you have a trailer. Other than that, this is a great Taco Bell location. Food is fresh and excellent, staff is upbeat and somehow happy to be working at Taco Bell which I think is great. People that work at Taco Bell should be happy. So maybe they're being treated well by their managers and if so that's a great thing and if not in there actually being tortured and forced to look happy in front of customers then that's not good. I'll come back again.

Taco Bell is always hit or miss. I was just passing through town hoping it would be a hit today, and it was the best Taco Bell I’ve had in a really long time! Everyone in the lunch shift today deserves a raise.

Graham NC store has yet to let me down! Good BBQ sandwiches and out of this world onion rings, so good they’re gone before anything else. Always fast, friendly and sometimes a hilarious joke! Better than the other fast food places!!!
