When I called to make sure all my insurance was up to date with the Hurricane Matthew warnings. After 17 years of full coverage of insurance, they informed me that my policy had lapsed because the premium had increased by $129 and my check of $359 was returned. Sandra replied via email. " it is the agency rule that we are not allowed to contact each individual insured ." Then she offered to sell me more insurance.
Wright National Flood insurance also refused a reinstatement. The head of Medusa has many snakes. Run! don't look back.

They never follow up on the important issues.there commercial dept. Is the worst. They have cost me lots of money in fines and loss of business. Also when I ask to speak to the owner he is always out of town.I am in the process of finding out how I can take them to small claims court.I would not recommend this agency to anybody.

poor customer service. I had to remind THEM of renewal. Not recommended at all. Manager richard roberts did nothing to rectify problem
