Firestone State and Jefferson treated me with respect and patience. I couldn't be happier. Both Jennifer the store manager and Takisha manager of tire sales treated so kindly. I was traveling through on a Sunday. Got a flat. Called around and this place said to come on in. I told them my situation of having to be on the road for I had a commitment. I walked in at 1145am and walked out at 1210pm. The staff was understanding and very helpful! I don't plan on getting a flat or have car issues the next time I'm in Rockford, but if it happens... I'll know who to call/ go to.

These folks could not have been more helpful! I was visiting from out of town and my coolant light came on. They checked the fluid levels and discovered they were fine. My light went off. I guess it was just a fluke! Thank you so much for your kind service much appreciated.

Needed help with SUV as the wife got to work. She made a few calls and Firestone got us in right away while everyone else wanted us to make an appointment for a couple days later. Friendly and professional staff.

The service was really fast. The woman at the counter explained my charge fully and why the different oil in my car. I'm pretty sure this also accidentally fixed a weird issue I've been having since I got the car. All around a good service with nice people.

Guy, the store manager has great It was a holiday wasn't sure if they were open 😕 my brakes were done with. Called and Jennifer told me if I can get my car there asap they would be able to look at it. She called and informed me that I needed new brakes. I'm greatful they were open and service my car. The problem with both my Avalanche and Escape were diagnosed fairly quickly and repaired the same day. The shop was able to schedule me right away without wait. Great service.

The EE’s give the environment a pleasant feel with their good attitudes and dialogue. Also mechanics are able to explain thoroughly of what was done to your vehicle.

Firestone has always been a good place for me. Waiting on my repair now but I trust their work and heading to Texas tomorrow. Praise God, praying for their workers because been a mechanic is a hard job.

I took the car to Firestone in Rockford due to a weak/dead battery. Takisha and Jennifer looked up the prior battery service and arraigned for a battery check. The battery turned out to be bad and was replaced under warranty. All of the Rockford Firestone people were friendly and professional.

Very professional and extremely courteous employees. The mechanic serviced my vehicle in about 2 hours. I was shocked! I'm very satisfied!

The manager, Guy, and his staff are awesome. I’m confident in their competence and fully trust them and their diagnostics. They’ve gone above and beyond. Their prices are fair and the service is great. I will not be going anywhere else for our automotive needs. In fact, we’ve moved our almost our entire business fleet there as well (they don’t service Class C vehicles yet). Hoping they will be able to service box trucks soon!

Great price! Kristen was very nice and helpful. The tire showroom / waiting area were very well kept, super clean, had toys for my toddler, and fresh coffee for me. I'll definitely get my future oil changes done at this location.
