Yum. So very good. BR FAN! TRY the Blue’s Boardwalk Bash ICE CREAM, ~ delicious!! Beach Day is very good too, really, really sweet. The waffle cones are AMAZING! YUM!!!

My daughter and husband surprised me with a much needed visit for my favorite sorbet flavors (daiquiri ice and rainbow sorbet). The store was clean and the customer service was excellent! Taylor went above and beyond with her assistance,(even scooping hard ice cream). We really appreciate the excellent customer service!

The ice cream is great but the customer service from Taylor is even greater! She is an absolute asset to this location and is the primary reason for my family’s desire to continue visiting. I really hope that she is recognized for her excellence. Keep up the amazing work, Taylor! You rock!

yesterday i try vanilla shake their and it was really amazing ❤ very good behavior of servers if you need ice cream and shakes it was best place in Huntsville

Best ice cream in town hands down. Although they are using the trailer, still great ice cream. New store is gonna look great from what I can tell. I know the owner and he is one of the best guys I’ve met. If you want your ice cream fix, definitely head to baskin robins. Can’t be beat!

Highly recommend. My family gets majority of our cakes from this Baskin-Robbins. I, for the most part, always try give them creative liberty and they have never disappointed us. All I told them on this was that I need a Pooh Bear cake - I was expecting like the bear head they do for the holidays and got so much more! We were completely blown away! Highly highly recommend.

IMHO, Baskin-Robbins is the best. They have new flavors to include Pumpkin Cheesecake and frozen yogurt flavors. I got my normal favorite, Chocolate Chip and the kids got special dinosaur and alien sprinkles and hats with their ice cream cups. Normally excellent service.
They also have special holiday ice cream cakes. I already put my order in with the wife for a chocolate chip ice cream with chocolate cake, birthday cake for next month.

Best chocolate chip and mint chocolate chip in the business. Ya know it's true.😁🍦👍

My 8 friends and I came to the Whitesburg location 30 minutes before it closed which I can understand might be frustrating when working in food service, but the employee working there, McKayla (nose ring) was happy to greet us. She engaged in conversation and was all around so fun to interact with. She got us our ice cream and was so amazing and helpful. She made our experience absolutely amazing.

Normally my daughter and I come in for icecream once or twice a week after school, however, today I was craving it and I am so glad I was! One of the employees- Chase, served me my regular order of ‘icing on the cake’ and informed me he is leaving Baskin Robbins. Since my daughter and I started coming after school almost two years ago, Chase has been there almost every time to greet and serve us! I am sad to see him go but I know it is his time to move on. He was ALWAYS so very patient with my toddler, always kind, and extremely well-mannered. Good luck to you, Chase!!!!

As for the other employees, especially Carmen & Lulu, y’all rock! The entire staff is amazing here even if the store does need updating (which I’m pretty sure is happening this winter)

Great fresh ice cream and sherbet. Young staff are well mannered, very accommodating and patient. I always make sure to leave a few extra bucks in the tip jar. Hope this awesome customer service continues as the food industry is lacking in customer service skills all around. 3 years no complaints! Extremely satisfied!

I've been going here for years. I appreciate the consistently good customer service (often exceptional) and the variety of the ice cream flavors and menu options. Keep up the good work!

Haven't been to a Baskin-Robbins in a long time. Overall, prices are still high, but can't blame this store for that. Staff was really energetic and friendly. Really seemed to care about their jobs. Same flavors as they e always had,but it was a ni e experience after so many years.

I went in to pick up a pre ordered cake. My order was already ready when I got there. The representative was nice to me the cake held up. I got an ice cream cake but it was too big to fit in the freezer but it kept well in the fridge until dessert and did not melt. Also the cake was creamy and delicious and the design got a lot of compliments.

Chase was absolutely AMAZING he allowed me to sample as many flavors as I like he's a nice friendly young man and I will drive to this location for his positive energy . Thanks Chase 😁

Tried going to Bruster's, check my review for them on my experience. Decided to try here, walked right in and got immediate service, and the ice cream was delicious! Always choose Baskins Robbins over Brusters.

The cakes and World Class Chocolate ice cream. My daughter love that Birthday cake ice cream. I drive from CENTERPOINT, AL just to get some ice cream. My daughter CAILYN will be turn 10 on January 5, I'm giving her a party in Huntsville because she want a ice cream cake.

Carmine makes the best ice creams ever! Can't imagine a scoop being served by any one else !
