Excellent customer service. Staff was friendly and informative. They have a great selection of clothing to browse as you wait for a quote for your donations. Easy and efficient process with the choice to either get cash or store credit for the items donated. And whatever they don't take for cash value they will happily donate the remaining items for you. Will definitely be returning.

It was my first time at UC Lancaster and I was very pleased with how neatly organize and clean it was!! I was looking for a specific style for a costume party and there was soo much variety !! Everything was color and size coordinated! I absolutely loved the store! Also the sale associates were AMAZING!!! Great customer service! Will be coming here more often!!

Great store. They have plenty of amazing clothes and items for a great price. Everyone in the store had a positive attitude and fun to talk to. I will be definitely going back and would recommend to anyone!

My first time and let me just say Wow.! The employees were so friendly and helpful. I did sell while I was shopping and I was surprised that I was able to get store credit or cash. They did explain why they didn’t certain items and that was very kind of them to take the time to share. Over heard someone complaining and wanting more money but this is a business and not somewhere to go flip. Try a yard sell or offer up of your expecting $10 for each item. The point is to save landfill. Be grateful and enjoying to store credit. There are a lot of brands and all price ranges. I love.! Definitely going back.!

First, the people at Uptown Cheapskate are so friendly, helpful, and kind. My daughter also said they were all pretty. They have great clothes and accessories, for great prices. We love that they don't discriminate based on size. Just an overall great store!

I went to UC for the first time and sold some clothing. The experience was great!! The people here are so cool and friendly. I feel that I got a fair assessment of the clothes I brought. I had a great time checking out what they had for sale in the store. I will definitely go back again!

I love this store lots of hidden gems and cool clothes! Even designer brands, rare and vintage stuff and doesn't always smell bad like a thrift store. Cheaper than retail, more expensive than most resellers but it's in person so no waiting for shipping! I've got lots of cute stuff from here!

The entire staff is amazing and helpful. They always greet me with a smile and know me by name, the store is clean and organized and they allow you to shop in peace, if your hands get full they always come around to start a bin for you so you have a more pleasurable shopping experience. Megan is an amazing manager and she has selected amazing supporting employees.

Super great service. First time selling clothing & apparel here and it went really smooth. They just let us know to please bring the items in a tote bag and not plastic bags.

They have such great deals, nice clothing and accessories. The staff is super friendly and so helpful. I love shopping at this place. I got an amazing coach purse for $50, and another leather purse that was on sale for eight dollars.

Everyone here is extremely helpful. We were instantly informed of the deals of the day and sale items when we walked in. They also offer fitting rooms to ensure purchasing satisfaction. The prices are very reasonable and they offer top name brand items, we will definitely be back!
