Quick & friendly service! Knowledgeable & fixed my problem!

I came in with a strange knocking on a used vehicle I had purchased from a dealership only a month before. Staff was prompt to help and greeted me, took note of my problem and swiftly took it back in the shop. The service advisor Joe found and explained the issue - loose bracket and bracket bolts not being correct (pics attached, not a mechanic but thats what i gathered) as well as fixed it within less than a day in the shop along with an oil change and got me back on the road ~safely~. Very satisfied & will come back for brakes and tires in the future!

We had a screw in our tire amd we were out od town. They checked it out and found that it was just in the tread. They didn't charge us. Super nice to work with. Would recommend!

I highly recommend everyone to go to Mavis. I went to Mavis on Faith rd. there this morning because my tire pressure light was on. 2 of the staff members, came out as soon as I pulled up to the store and helped me out. They were friendly and very communicative.

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. From Mr. Murphy at the front to the Technicians who worked on my vehicle, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! HONESTY & INTEGRITY aren’t easily found nowadays, especially in the automotive industry. These guys have it!

Great experience. The fellas took the car back quickly as a walk in, and walked me through the issue with my tire. They presented a few options and helped walk through which ones made the most sense and lost cost effective. I’ll be back for all tire needs moving forward.

Had a flat tire after work. Almost closing time and they still took me in! Appreciate them staying late on a Friday night to help me out! They were quick and were very nice!

Amazing service- Mr. Chris took my phone call and offer service right away- I was out of town and realized I had a nail in my tire. Once arrived I was greeted by Chris and Chandler and they both took my car back and Jeremey started to work on my car right away. I was told the price over the phone and there was no hidden price. I was in and out, I will be back for any service when I am in town! Thank you Mavis for great service!!

Jordan is a wonderful customer service representative. She went above and beyond to assure my needs were met. This place deserves 10 stars. The staff is amazing and work hard and do highly competent work. I recommend this location for any of your automotive needs

Boyd was super thorough and helpful in the entire process. He even gave information I could take to my mechanic, usually people in the car industry don't want to work with "your mechanic" but Boyd printed out copies for my mechanic to see and use in the future. Excellent all around. I'll be back, and you should TOTALLY use Mavis too. I don't know anything about cars and they got me at ease. Thanks y'all!

I would highly recommend anyone to Mavis. I walked in without an appointment and had 4 new tires within an hour at a competitive price. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

Stopped in to make sure my tires were holding air and didn’t have leaks. Boyd immediately walked out to the truck with me and had me out within 10 minutes. Great experience at this location and definitely recommend!

Service was good. On line quoted price does not include taxes and recycling fee. Had to pay an extra $60.00 once I got to the shop. It took them 2 hours to replace 2 tires with an appointment. Hope that you are not in a hurry to go anywhere. They were friendly and helpful on the customer service end.

Jordan and Boyd were amazing. I had to had to get new tires and they were extremely helpful both in the process of picking out the brand and cost effective tires. The service was also very quick.
