I drive further to drop my clothes here. They know my name so I don't have to keep the ticket. Plus they sew and provide shoe repair services. They hem my pants and re-sole my shoes when needed. Very good customer service, friendly and fast.

LOST PANTS. Dropped off black two-piece suit. Picked up a week later (coat was correct, didn't check pants, thought the cleaners knew what they were doing) three weeks later, took suit out of garment bag to wear for funeral and discovered black pants that weren't even close to right, a size that could never match the jacket or me. Went back to dry cleaner where the lady said "...so long ago..." said they had no loose back pants anywhere, took my name and phone number, and sent me on my way with no offer of making it right. So I'm going to Men's Warehouse to buy some new pants. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.
