Cody Greiman shared all the details about bullfrog spas and answered our multitude of questions. He was knowledgeable and patient with us as we decided which spa to purchase. Just moved to the area and wanted a hot tub for the new backyard. We were just cruising the neighborhood and saw the sign so decided to pull in and see what was available. We were really impressed with how knowledgeable Aaron was about the products and how he gave us great options that fit our budget. We ended up buying that day and within 48 hours we have a scheduled delivery date 2 weeks away. We had a great buying experience with Aaron at Patio Splash and an even better service experience. We’ve had our hot tub for about six months now and recently had a small leak in the water line. Patio Splash sent their technician out to help us the next business day, no questions asked. Upon arriving, Bobby quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. He took extra care to make sure all aspects of our hot tub and cover were in tip top shape. He also took the time to explain a few extra details and is one of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. My husband and I have been searching for a hot tub for a few months when we saw a new HOT TUB sign off of Wadsworth and figured we'd go in and see what it was all about. Surprisingly it was opening weekend and why we hadn't heard of this place before. We met with Aaron the salesman and told him our budget and what we were looking for. He showed us around and explained the benefits of their hot tub vs others. We sat down and he wrote us an offer and was able to match our budget. This was the first place we had been to where they didn't offer us a hot tub $1000+ over our agreed to budget. They had the hot tub in the store and showed us exactly which one it was. We put money down and they gave us 24 hours to think about our choice before making a final decision. It was easy to sleep on it and wake up the next morning not feeling like we made a mistake. We called them back and put the rest of the money down and will have our hot tub Thursday (Same week!). Other hot tubs we looked at we were quoted won't come in for 2-12 months. They threw in stairs, a cover, and cleaning supplies. It is nice to know they have other stores that have been operating successfully with great reviews. We appreciate them coming to town so if we do have questions they are just down the street to help. We are happy and can't wait to enjoy our new hot tub!

We stopped by just to look and ended up buying after meeting Aaron and asking 45 minutes or more of questions. We left being excited about our purchase and feeling very well informed, and feeling we got a very good product for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend a visit if in the hot tub market.

I had a great experience with both the sales person and the team that installed my tub. Memo and Ernest had a huge challenge to get our old heavy tub out of the backyard before they could install our new tub and they worked to find a solution to make it happen. Appreciate all you guys did!!

Have a 14 year old Clearwater Spa and had a water valve leak. I’ve only had to replace the ozonator otherwise this hot tub with one move has been fantastic. Tisha was excellent support and her technician new exactly what was needed. I had the part within 1 week. Once powered down, it took me about 23 seconds to do the replacement. Although, I did not need the pvc valve pipe portion, the inner piece took seconds to remove and replace new valve control. Great service and great spas!
