The Snail on the Wall bookstore

I’ve ordered a few books from them before they had their physical store but I got to experience their new store today and it’s so cute! A great selection of books and gift items and the employees were so nice!

I am in love with this bookstore. The kindest employees, amazing books, and any gift you'd need for a reader in your life. I've gotten their home delivery for years and am so happy to see the dream of a physical store happen.

I have been pre-ordering books from Snail on the Wall for a few years now and loved visiting their physical store. Their customer service has always been amazing. One time I pre-ordered Tom Lake by Ann Patchett and when I got my copy it was autographed by the author!! The store is in a great location, with fiction, nonfiction, romance, sci-fi, fantasy, and a kids section. I visited after their opening weekend and I can't wait to see how their selection grows, there were even places to write down what you want them to carry. This is a book store that truly wants to cater to the community!!

The customer service is second to none!

GREAT customer service whether online or in person. I sent a list of books my daughter enjoys reading and they were able to put together a book bundle for her Christmas present. Very happy!!
